Has anyone ever tried to get Topre to sell 55g domes separately?

Just wondering if anyone has approached Topre to buy 55g domes directly to mod Topre boards.

Possibly, I doubt they would do it though, probably not enough of a market for it to be worthwhile. Kind of like how Cherry won't manufacture ergo-clears unless the demand is shown to be substantial.

I thought they might because there is no extra manufacturing involved. Could just sell 87u sheet of domes.

They probably don't want to deal with distribution of low cost goods.

Also packaging, warranties, etc.
