Here are my results with fans locked to 1900rpm on my 6900XT Toxic Air to compare:

Current paste (GELID GC Extreme)
75 core
95 junction
1056mv-1081mv

PTM7950
71 core
88 junction
1075-1112mv

I am very happy with the results. The card is running a bit more voltage due to the cooler temps and is still beating the traditional paste. Loaded up some custom power tables and I am able to push another 60watts through this card because of how much cooler the hot spot is when heavily overclocked.

Was that fresh paste from the gelid "before" test? Or a few month application?

it was about a year old at that point.

Fresh paste shouldn't differ by that much.
