It's a warning against using scissor switch keyboards: they can burst in flames!

(well, with some help at least)

That one was already dead, though - it didn't play nicely after some red wine got into it. When you pressed a key, you actually got more or less all the characters in a 3x3 matrix around that key. It almost seemed like the wine had gone down my throat and not inside the keyboard :)
