who'd care about something like this being waterproof? those cursed with 1 liter hand-sweat per minute?

can't say i'm not interested in trying out a trackball, but for a price like this it's just too risky for me :)

Industrial settings with a lot of water being sprayed around for various reasons?  IE, food plants etc.  For instance the Tyson factor near me gets the entire manufacturing floor hosed down with ridiculous amounts of hot water every day.

Inside a waterproof cabinet but the keyboard and mouse are outside so it can be used.  Waterproofing doors that will be constantly opened and closed can be problematic.
