Reddit had in the next few days. That candykey's on one holiday.
wanted to keep track of this cause seriously thinking might need one as the ultimate MMO gaming board. I am thinking since its QMK.. programmable.. I can set up the num pad as a micro pad. Then re-map the keys to be numbers plus wasd and any other skills I use! thought eliminating the need for the crappy MMO mouse that I really don't like. I a quick question is the cases your selling the aluminum ones are MOQ per case are all cases as far as color goes?
Can’t wait to join! Will this be on any Asian GB forums like Taobao? Want to save on shipping

It comes on TMK and will have a preset on tkg.io but you can port it to QMK as far as I am concerned. I'll have to try it out when I have time.
The aluminum ones have MOQ set by color since those are the minimum number of cases the factory is willing to anodize at a given time.

Thanks and QMK sounds like it most likely be as easy to setup I think been to that site before. As long as its semi easy to program. Cause I want to setup the left side with arrow key's + number keys from the top.. perhaps some other strange Additional keys. Thanks ok I keep track of what numbers are what cause... there a couple of case colors I really like. I am sure they will all hit MOT. There is one other question I wanted to ask will the PCB/Plate Support Screw in stabs and also plate mounted stabs? That way I can plan what I need to buy! Thanks I be watching this extremely closely the more I think about ditching my razor mouse! the happier I become.
IF i didn't want to order through taobao, could the aussies buy off the NA shop as well?
Is the PCB SMD-led compatible?
The PCB comes fully pre-soldered and in a green color.
Looking good, in for an integrated steel case & pcb, how will the holes on the integrated case be for the cone feet? 2 seperate holes for 8 & 11deg?
No acrylic on the cases?
Can I submit a second order for add-on parts later during the group buy? I know I'd like to buy the bent plate & PCB kit + stabilizers but I'm not sure what switches I'd like to go with yet.
I sent an email on this but since you're in here, it says on the website that you will be restocking the EEPW84 aluminum cases at the end of the month. Is that including the black ones with acrylic insert? No acrylic on the cases?
Just on the bent plate. The integrated case is closed all around and the aluminum case is CNC'd from a single block, so no acrylic on those.
count me in :thumb: . I am taking somewhat of a gamble with the raw case i feel. I prefer the look of the raw over the colors, so i tried doing some research as to how raw aluminum would hold up over time i.e corrosion resilience/discoloration but wasn't completely sure. I figure i could give vinyl wrapping a try later down the line if it begins to lose its good looks.
Anyone have experience or input with handling AI raw?

It looses a little shine over time but generally looks awesome.

What color will the pcb be?
Awesome! That's great news. FYI the CandyKeys website says it will be green. What color will the pcb be?
PCB will be white. I was a little concerned that it would stand out through the openings in the plate, but with the sentraq s65+ that I got last week, that doesn't seem to be the case so we'll definetly be going with white so that the underglow is a little more vibrant since it reflects a little better than the black PCB... or so it should.

Looking forward to pairing Southpaw with Laser. I bet I'm not the only one. I think it would go really well together with the black alu case.I was originally planning this, cause laser has so many awesome keys you can put on the extra places on this layout, but then I got godspeed from the keything massdrop had a few days ago so now I'm doing a godspeed build I guess :)
curious why you don't have paypal as an option or at least I didn't see it.

This. I will probably buy into this if PP becomes an option; just easier to use my balance.

Joined the laser GB today. Pretty crazy how it's already hit the third price break, but it's gonna be a long wait... the GB hasn't even closed yet.

Will join both groupbuys next week when I get paid! Expecting the base kit and novelties to go down further for sure. On another note; what kind of USB connectivity does the Southpaw use? Mini or Micro? I may have skipped over that info somewhere.

Realized that I missed that. It should be mini USB. I'll update the product page tomorrow morning.
Never built a keeb before so maybe this is stupid, but for the bent plate kit, do i still need to get stabilizers? and if I buy purple LED's, would those be put on the underside of the PCB for a purple underglow? I saw that the PCB has underglow but I still not sure if that means I need to provide the LED's for said underglow!
thanks any and all for the help!
AU and NZ on Taobao??? I don't speak Chinese! I can't order from there? Can I use the USA proxy?
Can anyone confirm the translation from Chinese on Taobao:
1) "85SP PCB" = GB - Southpaw Extended 65% - PCB;
2) "Stainless steel closure shell 85SP"= GB - Southpaw Extended 65% - Integrated Case;
3) "85SP stainless steel are bend nuda" :) = GB - Southpaw Extended 65% - Bent Plate MX.
Having to translate Taobao in English is so frustrating.
Does the PCB support holtite?
There's no distinction between the MX bent plate and ALPS bent plate in the Taobao link as in the Switchplate link. I would like some clarification before submitting the order. I'm going for the MX option by the way.

The taobao page won't have any links for colors or specs. You'll have to make an order with the respective items and put in the comment section for which exact plate you want. I know it's not really that well designed but it was slightly rushed as I wanted to get the GB moving.

Any other alternatives for Australia? I don't want to use taobao . I can't read it. I had problems in the past with communication.
Where is the switch located for the 6u spacebar layout? Is it center stem or offset?
Is it GMK sets that only have centered 6u and the other profiles are usually offset? Can't remember right now.

GMK has used offset until some recent sets which started offering centered. For DSA, it is center stemmed but the stabilizer stems are much closer together than standard. XDA is offset. Dunno of any other MX profiles with 6u bars.
In any case I think it'd be better to just use the 7u bar since compatibility is much easier.
Can you do mixed layouts like short left shift, and ansi enter? And split space bar is that possible?
Guys, regarding underglow, we have the required strips for it.Could you explain what you are taking about? I thought the underglow was pre-installed?
Just contact our support team and we will provide you.

The underglow is pre-soldered as SMD LEDs when all the other SMD components are installed. There is an option to install additional LEDs through output pads on the board. The controller supports up to 32 LEDs.
GB ist Open till first of December right? I'd have to wait for my paycheck :D
What are the dimensions of the cases? Particularly the bent plate one. I'm looking to buy a palm rest for the keyboard but what are some good dimensions that will fit this keyboard without being to short/long?
I have to say, I'm pretty disappointed that the Alps options are thoroughly DOA. Was hoping to have the ability to throw some Matias Quiet Clicks in this to use as a work board, but guess it wasn't meant to be.
I'm pretty much ready to pull the trigger, but I am debating between the solid alu case and the bent case. Bent looks like a really nice low-budget alternative, but I feel like it'll flex like crazy. I'm also worried about the weight. Is there any noticeable flex? How much does it weigh fully assembled?
As for the alu cases: do we have any photos of the non-raw options, or do we have to use our imagination from the alu samples?

I wouldn't say the Alps options are all completely dead just yet. One of the issues with this group buy is that there are so many options, which makes it impossible for the least popular options to meet MOQ, but if you can convince those buyers to move over onto more popular options, then you can meet MOQ. To give an example of what I mean, right now the Alps compatible plates have 2 orders in stainless, 2 in black aluminum, 1 in purple aluminum, and none in any of the other options for alps plates. I don't think there's any chance of the stainless (at 2 out of 30) or purple aluminum (at 1 out of 8 ) meeting MOQ. I'm planning on ordering two black Alps plates, which gets it to 4 out of an 8 MOQ. If we can convince the two stainless orders and 1 purple order to get black aluminum, then all it takes is one more black alps aluminum plate order to meet MOQ, and we all win.
In fact, I just placed my order, so black aluminum Alps plates should be at least 4/8 the next time the table gets updated. If you're thinking of ordering an Alps plate, I'd suggest getting black.
I got this question from a redditor: "What if I buy the PCB and the bent case. The PCB eventually make MOQ but the bent case doesn’t?"

At the moment, all I have for the alu cases are the color samples, but yeah, you'd have to sorta use your imagination for those.
As for the bent plate, there's not really that much noticeable flex, but compared to an aluminum case, the aluminum case has a completely different feel when typing. The key is that with the bent plate, you should build it with PCB mount switches. It makes all the difference in the world if you ask me.
Comparing the bent plates themselves, it's not much more flexible when you push down in the middle compared to a shorter 75 percent board since the cutouts on the front and back were reduced quite a bit to compensate for the length of the case.

Thanks for getting back to me. I know this is entirely personal opinion, so indulge me anyway. Does the bent plate have an appealing feel.... Again, it's completely up to personal preference, but I worry that it'll feel a little light, cheap, etc? Does it hold it's own against the alu case, or is it really just a 'poor mans' option.
I say 'poor mans' in quotes... I do see the irony there.

I would say that the bent plate is definitely not a "poor man's" option. It's more of a feel preference imo. I don't know how to put it, but comparing an xd84 on a bent plate with a CNC case (same build; PCB mount gat blues, etc...), they're very different. There is of course still flex in the aluminum case from the plate and pcb flexing between the mount points, but on the bent case, it's a different kind of flex. Both of these aren't really noticeable, but you can tell when you use the two of them side by side. They feel ever so slightly different on bottom out and the sound is definitely different. My word of advice would be to build with PCB mount switches regardless of whichever option you get since I've had a lot of success with that on all the builds I've completed that way.

Would you mind elaborating more about having "more success" with PCB mount switches than plate mount. What do you mean by that? Do you mean switch alignment etc...
What are some nice, cheap keycaps that fits this keyboard perfectly? Blanks while cheap are a bit too plain for me.

When do you think we can expect pictures of an anodized aluminum case?
Curious about the raw aluminum case with risers. Would it be suitable for powder coating later? Would the stainless steel plate be suitable for that too? (Because it would be nice with matching colors.)

The aluminum case should be fine to powdercoat as long as your careful and mask everything off (bottom of the risers, screw holes, pad recesses). The surface is exactly as it would be coming off of a CNC machine so depending on the powdercoat, you might or might not have to do some surface prep work.
The plate though would probably be more tricky depending on the powdercoat. If it's too thick of a layer, the switches won't fit into the cutouts.
Neat idea though. I was thinking about getting a white cerakote done on my product unit at some point.

Thanks for the heads up! Unfortunately, I don't think I'll have the time to check with local places regarding preparatory surface work before the drop ends. I really like the layout and the possible option of buying a raw case and then doing a custom finish is a very intriguing one. And one I haven't seen before.
It was precisely the option of a cerakote/powder coat in white/teal that attracted me to the raw option. :D
Will Southpaw make a comeback at a later point?
No clue yet as if I'll be bringing this project back, but I have something else planned once this is finished...

Interesting! Might that include cerakote then perhaps?
Damn I'm a day late!! Will there be extras?
No email for stainless steel plate, so I’m guessing it passed MOQ? Sure hope this is the case either way can’t wait for this board :thumb:
Pretty stoked on this board to come :). It is going to be incredibly good for my job, where I only have to take my hand off the mouse to enter numbers. Now, I'll be able to left handed numpad + navigate the mouse :D
I'm going with 65g lubed gat blacks. How about everyone else?

It requires a technique. You get the hang of it after doing a couple. I gave up on using those tools and now use 2 mini screwdrivers on the underside.
I have done ergoclears & lubed linears now... on over 5 full keyboards :X

is this expected to delay shipping? *hope not!*
Excited for this more than my XDA Godspeed!
What's the shipping estimate looking like at the moment?

Just Another little update if you haven't subscribed to the update emails or haven't checked the website, but things are moving along smoothly. Factory has finished the 5 cases of the QC batch and there were some issues with the hanging fixture being used in the anodization process so they've moved to a new fixture which should eliminate the issue. Apart from that, the CNC work has been finished on 30 of the 90 cases which are looking pretty good so far. We're just a mere month away from shipping these out so hang tight!

I don't see them on the Switchplate site anymore, but the color samples are still shown on the Taobao listing, about a third of the way down the page:

Long time lurker first time poster - thanks for the update! This is still looking like one of the fastest GB's I've been in, so not a concern at all.
This will be my first time putting together a board so looking forward to it. How will the firmware work? Specifically, it looks like you've put a lot of customizability into the board, so I don't think it's going to make sense for you to cover all the possibilities of key placements in presets. If somebody wants to go for an uncommon layout, how do they go about setting that up? Apologies if this is a noob question!

Will there be any extra?
Few months too late...😞
You mentioned that you were working on inserts that would let us use PCB mount cherry stabs with alps keycaps. How are those coming along?
I have the design for those finished in CAD, but I have still yet to print them to test. I'll most likely upload those later for people to try out.
Does the Alps plate accept Alps style stabs?

@reconsiderit --- can you provide us with a link to programming the PCB? I really would love to develop a layout before receiving it.
Any chance you are planning to put together a KLE preset or something for it?

It will come flashed with a standard layout (standard 1.25/1.25/1.25/6.25/1/1/1 bottom row), akin to other 65% boards with the f row under the top number row, arrows under wasd, etc... I'll see if I can find the layout.

Got it - if we're planning on customizing that out further (i.e., going with 3x1.25/6.25/2x1.5 bottom row) and then switching the numpad over to a full macropad, how would we set that up?
I assume that we would need to do a custom KLE and then generate a TMK firmware?Would there be more steps involved?
Alright, sorry to leave everyone hanging on the updates, but I've been pretty busy with things these last few weeks.
Production for the PCBs are finishing up and they should be at the consolidation warehouse with everything else in the next few days. I'm still waiting for final package sizes from the warehouse so I can shop around for shipping quotes. My goal is to get all the packages picked up by a company from the warehouse sometime before next Friday. The earlier the better in this case. All the other items (cases, plates, small parts) are all there and waiting to ship. I've now gotten a pretty concrete timeline for everything now and have it at the bottom for those that want an idea of when they'll get their boards. Again, if anyone has any questions or concerns, certainly shoot me a PM or email and I'll try my best to get everything sorted out.
March 2 - Restart of PCB assembly
March 9 - Completion of PCB assembly
March 16 - Completion of consolidation and bulk packing
Late March (TBD) - Receive, sort and QC bulk shipment
Late March / Early April (TBD) - Pack and ship to customers
Mid / Late April (TBD) - Finish orders requiring assembly
I've also ordered and received all the packaging needed for the GB. It's taking up a ton of space in the garage. There are something like 300 boxes and 1000 feet of bubble wrap in that picture. As soon as everything arrives, I'll be ready to ship.Show Image(https://i.imgur.com/e6ptRZR.jpg)
So regarding LEDs, is brightness actually controllable via TMK or is it just an "LEDs are either installed or not" type of deal?
Hell yeah!
GBs from us will be shipped within 1 - 2 days of arrival from factory.
Just a small update here, nothing new, but everything has been packed up and QC'd at at the office in CN (It's monday in Beijing). I'm hoping I can get shipping sorted out asap and everything shipped to the US this week.
Also, alu cases...
hmm so do the bent plate support switch top opening ?? So that can prepare and break-in/lube the switches b4 hand or not
Any word at all if extras will be available in the US?
Just wanted to give everyone a little bit of an update, but the checking at the consolidation warehouse was just finished later than expected and will be shipped to me on Tuesday or Wednesday of this week. It'll be around 6 days from Beijing to San Francisco and I'll need a day or two to double check the bulk order, but I should be able to start shipping right after that since everything else (stabs, switches, etc...) have already been sorted and bagged ahead of time.Awesome.

I think I ordered Cherry Browns with this, but I've decided against them (I ordered Kailh Box Burnt Oranges for this which weren't an option on the site). Is there a way for me to pull those out of the order?
so has the bulk shipment arrive yet ?? if yes how is the QC progress going ?? everything is ok ??
I'd like to give up my spot if anyone is interested in a stainless case/ stainless plate/ pcb package.
I have a question, i didn't order with switches since i have a bunch at home and wasn't sure at the time what i wanted. But now i was gonna order some more and just wanted to doublecheck if the pcb supports 5 pin switches or if i should order 3 pins? I guess 3 pin i safe but i had some extra 5pin at home.
I ordered a bent plate setup, gonna wire it for iso if that has any relavance to pinlayout options.
So excited for this :)
Yeah, the PCB does support PCB mount (5 pin) switches and ISO so you should be good to go.

Basically waiting on a customs agent to fill out some paperwork at the moment. I should've gotten this sorted beforehand so this one is mostly my fault. Customs agent was done through DHL so I'll call them first thing in the morning tomorrow (Monday) to see if I can speed them up.
How'd the customs go?
Will the shipment to Candykeys go out at the same time or will we have to wait longer for the EU orders to get here? How'd the customs go?Scrapped DHL. Bit the bullet and shipping via SF Express again. I can confidently say that it will go out today.

By chance are there any extra's of the Alps compatible plates? I came across some Alps switches and would love to incorporate them in this build.check your pm
Any word on the extras?
Any word on the extras?
I'll email those who filled out the extras forms once everything has been QC'd to ensure that everyone who participated in the initial GB will receive a board.
My body is ready
Having seen the bent plate images, assuming it's in line with what the pics show, I'm more than happy to take it. No concerns from my end. Do you need confirmation over email?Yeah, a confirmation over email is best if you've purchased through the NA website, but if you've purchased through taobao, I'll go ahead and forward your reply to them. They were the ones involved in production for the GB so I'll talk it over and have them send you the one that they should have on hand.
Order 1041 here
1. What discord you talking about? dont see it linked anywhere?
2. Bent plate buyer, indifferent about aesthetic changes but will suck it up and wait if you need more people to hit the MOQ for a remanufacture (I say this with the intent that this will not be at any additional cost to anyone who opts for the correct design)
3. PCB resoldering is kind of dicey...Not really a fan of having to tinker with something like desoldering or shorting something because the manufacturer refuses to fix an error. Maybe provide some kind of how to fix diagram/sheet and include an imgur album showing us how to properly short/resolder it, so I and any other people not confident in their soldering dont run the risk of ruining a board they've waited a long time to receive.
4. Solder masks are whatever, white is fine, at least its not green haha
I know I sound like I'm being picky/whiny but I appreciate the transparency over the delays and the issues. Unfortunate that some manufacturers have a lower standard of quality than others but what can you do...hindsight is 20/20
Hopefully with the re-manufacture they actually package their shipments appropriately
Aww that's unfortunate there are so many issues with manufacturing :(.
1. Does this affect the orders with Stainless Steel plates for the aluminum case?
2. I ordered a raw aluminum case, will you be sending those back/requesting more of them due to the blemishes?
If the Stainless steel plates and raw aluminum cases aren't up to spec i would rather wait for replacements to be made rather than take B stock case. Thanks for the transparency of the matter, I know the QC was out of your control and i appreciate the update.
I signed up for an extra spot, and am still onboard. In fact, if you need help fronting the money for remanufacture, let me know and I can loan you up to 5-10k if you need it.
Personally, I think it would be worth doing the PCBs correctly in a new batch. Why not place a decent sized order for the most popular versions (hi-pro alu case in the 3 most popular colors and bent plate case) since there's such a large interest in extras? You could easily, easily sell them all (at a higher price than the GB) on r/mm and here.
Thank you for the detailed update, even though it's not the news we all were waiting for :(
A couple of questions:
1. How easy/hard is the re-soldering of the reset switch? Can it easily be done by people who are not setup for/experienced in SMD soldering?
2. Would it be possible for you to release the files for the plates when the corrected version is done? This way people could get their own cut if they don't want to wait for the new batch.
3. Should the people who ordered through Candykeys go directly through them to work out their options (b-stock/partial refunds, waiting, etc) or should that also go through you?
Bent plate buyer here. Is there any possibility to see a picture of it, and how it differs from the planned design? Waiting is fine i guess (the magic of groupbuys eh? :D) But depending on if it's in your face bothersome, or if its some angle on the backside that doesn't affect that much ... well you know.
Thanks for the update anyways!
Edit: i was just going to bed so i didn't see the album sorry....
Anyways, is it the bezel on the left that's the error? the one that is softer? I kinda of like that myself :D
Dumb question perhaps, but with the standalone plates is it possible to just flatten them out with a hammer or would that end up damaging them? The main issue is that the material (6063) used for the plate is relatively elastic since it was made from rolled and not extruded sheet. It needs to be bent beyond flat and tweaked till its flat. This isn't the issue as any of the very minor bends are worked out as soon as the switches are mounted and the board soldered together. The main issue with a lot of the plates is that they've been bent vertically which is difficult to get right.
Should I send you an email directly or wait for you to send out the mass email first?
Will a key cap set that supports 1800 support this keyboard?

R2 will be more of a "version 2". Expect the numpad to be a little spaced out from the rest of the board. This though means no more left hand arrow clusters, but after using it for a while, I've realized that you can just toggle numlock to turn the numpad into an arrow cluster. Then again, I'm not left handed and I only use the arrows under the "numlock layer" with things like lightroom and such.
A little space will make this layout become usable, I did a handwire to test the layout while I wait my plate and pcb arrive and have found that the layout is really hard to use with numpad next to the left modifiers. You have to watch your keyboard everytime you use it.

Tell me about it. I bought some Zealios with the GB but I think they will be instantly traded for some sweet Box Royals to go on the Southpaw ;D
So mine actually arrived today. Everything looks good, case is nice and the plate seems fine. Only thing is that I don't seem to have any screws to mount the PCB/plate to the case, just the 4 to mount the risers. Do you have the specs for those screws so I could stop by a store and get some?
Hey, loving the bent plate so far. I'm putting together my second one and installing leds on this one. The orientation of the leds seems the opposite of what I would've expected. They only turn on if I put the longer leg through the square hole, does that seem right? Just checking before I solder them all in.
so bummed i went with raw case instead of black or purple :(Powder coating is always an easy, inexpensive option. That is why I chose raw, to get the color I want later.
So I'm having some trouble with TMK. Here are the layers I'm using, and a screenshot of my TMK settings:
Layer 0 (http://www.keyboard-layout-editor.com/#/gists/ea9ff1c07bb820e0353f453af0a74522)
Layer 1 (http://www.keyboard-layout-editor.com/#/gists/7ba485c125081f278f5938c459541d3a)
TMK (https://i.imgur.com/qxhEIub.png)
First problem: Layer 1 is always on, but not entirely correctly. My Delete key for some reason is registering a combination of Ins/PgUp/PgDn/Right Arrow. My Volume buttons do nothing, but I'm willing to chalk that up to it being something that wasn't going to work anyway. But otherwise as mentioned the F row, Print/Scroll/Pause, etc are always the active keys.
Second problem: Caps Lock does turn on just its LED when pressed, but Num Lock turns on the entire board of LEDs. Scroll Lock does nothing with the LEDs, though I don't particularly care about that.
It is perhaps worth nothing that the stock layout was different than expected too. My Home/End were just PgUp/PgDn on both layers and Delete was still weird (forget exactly how already but I didn't simply have Delete/Insert). My 1u Win and the Fn key did nothing, and the actual Fn key was where my 1u Ctrl is.
Finally got my bent plate kit in! I'm excited to build it :) And the mis-matched bezel sizes don't really bother me at all

Thank you for the update @reconsiderit
Cool build also! How is the flex of the bent plate? Is it stiff & stable?
@reconsiderit Did you ever get around to that ISO plate? Found a possible source for brass plates and wanted to give it a try.
2 questions. Are there gonna be any extras. And are there any alternatives? It does not have to be 60%, all I need is a numpad on the left side.
Where will the b stock be going up for sale? Like what website? Thank you :).

they'll be up for sale on his website switchplate.co, there is already a store link there with all the options that will be available. (it says sold out because its just not opened yet for ordering) it can be found here. https://switchplate.co/collections/parts-and-components/products/southpaw-65-extended-b-stock
Is there a file to cut an Alps plate?
The B stock sale has started way too early, at 11:40 there were only 4 kits left. Well, lucky me I barely woke up at 11:30 and decided to check sale status. Thanks to reconsiderit for making my dream to have a keyboard with numpad on the left come true. Also I got 2 questions. Will I need to solder anything else then switches andis it possible to use Kailh PCB Sockets with it?
I finally managed to get it to work this morning!
a-ak57, not sure if this would help you, but it worked for me.
Tkg-master-toolkit has a util.bat file that will allow you to erase the EEPROM.
Afterwards I was able to flash the .eep file I downloaded from tkg.io and it finally worked.
Not sure what was leftover even after multiple flashes, but I had to completely wipe it to fix it.
Another question. Just to confirm, according to what I saw this layout should be supported, right?

Those layouts aren't going to work. There's the issue with compat with the plates that I currently have on hand.

Have you updated the USB driver with zadig? The device manager should show "ATmega32u4dfu" if I recall correctly.
Also, double check that there aren't any errors in your layout. Box outline should be green.

Have you tried flashing it using the TKG toolkit that does everything offline? That would be a pretty surefire option. It requires you download the files from the compiler and then flash them with the utility that's in the toolkit. I've linked it below.

Do you have a screenshot of when you compiled the layout in TKG? I think the FN settings could be the cause of the issue.
Can you clarify what bottom row layout works with a 7u space?
is it 1.25/1.25/1.25 as you would normally expect? or only the 1.25/1.25/1.5(?) that's shown on keyboard layout editor?

If my memory doesn't decieve me, in this thread somewhere somebody who had a bent plate said it's amazing. Rock solid, good weight, no flex etc. They were v.happy.
Only reason I went alu case is because I can't cope without that angle! Can't do with a flat board. Otherwise i'd take the bent plate right away.

is there any way to change the case color before they get anod?
At this point, everything is locked in as making changes to the order is a lot of work for both me and the factory.
To anyone still having trouble getting the LED's to work properly on the Southpaw Extended 65%, I did a bit of trial and error and ended up with the following configuration which seems to work.
Following reconsiderit's programming guide in this thread, there are just a few additional steps in kai.tkg.io for the function and LED steps prior to flashing. Full disclosure, I've never used TKG or programmed a keyboard before in my life, so this may have been obvious to some, but I couldn't find anything online, so I wanted to put this down for anyone else struggling.
Function: I had to add a second Fn key, and set it up to toggle the underglow RGB LED's. This is located under "Built in Functions", as shown in the image below. This turns the underglow on and off.
LEDs: I got here with a good amount of trial and error, but all the led's seem to be working with the configuration shown below.
(Attachment Link)
If there are any issues with the image (It's not displaying properly in the post preview) LEDs are as follows:
LED1 Active Low Indicator Num Lock (do not check 'backlight')
LED2 Active Low Indicator Caps Lock (do not check 'backlight')
LED3 Active Low None (do not check 'backlight')
LED4 RGB LED Number of LED's = 9
I'm still waiting on keycaps and stabs before I can finalize my build, but I'll try to post some glamour shots when it's done! Thanks to reconsiderit for an awesome layout and all the work that went into (and is still going into) the GB!
Edit: One last thing I was trying but did not succeed on was getting the backlighting to toggle as well as the undgerglow. I tried setting up a third Fn key and utilized the TGK backlighting toggle feature (with 'backlight' checked for LED3, but that didn't take. If anyone else has tried and was able to get the backlighting toggle-able, it'd be awesome to know!
@reconsiderit What is the current status of the re-manufacturing process? I haven't been keeping up with the loop and there's a lot of material to read here ;P
I see that you've gotten samples and everything's looking good thus far. Is there any update?
Nice work dude!
Do you mind sharing your full config?
These look so good!
What's the word on when bent plates are shipping?
Have they also arrived at candykeys? /hopeful European :)
Will the raw aluminum ship sooner or are they being redesigned as well?

Gonna try and start getting them out the door by Monday the 26th. It's been a little busy lately but I should have some time this weekend.
Really taking your time with this, eh?

I guess its better than giving us defective products and calling it GB ended. But 1+ year though...
Just packed all the bent plate orders up. Should be headed to the post office on Monday.

got my bent plate, screw holes the same size at the nuts that come with it, and idk if i could get something big enought without blocking a switch

Screws go in the front side of the bent plate. Nuts go on the bottom against the acrylic.

sorry should have said this in my original post, the screws are too small for the holes, they just fall right through, am i supposed to catch it on the edge of the plate????????
Any idea when is Candykeys shipping stuff out? Or has the stuff even arrived at Candykeys yet?According to my fab, they haven't picked up the boxes yet. I'll check in with them on Wednesday after christmas to see if they've arranged for it cause last I heard from them the pickup was arranged and all.
I'm interested in one integrated case. Anyone or anywhere to get one?
I'm putting together the keyboard now.
It's my first one, so please excuse the noob question, but just wanted to confirm how the parts are going to come together.
- Looks like the rubber washers are meant to mount onto the 4 screws. Do the washers go between the acrylic and the pcb or the pcb and the bent plate?
- I think reconsiderit mentioned that we should remove and resolder an element on the flipside of where it's currently attached - is this still necessary?
- Is there a set of steps that makes the most sense to follow as part of doing this? i.e., recommendations for another keyboard? I'm pretty comfortable soldering/desoldering, just would like to minimize any headache in putting this together incorrectly and potentially having to redo the whole thing.
1) So with the diffuser, from top to bottom it goes Screw, PCB, Rubber o-ring, diffuser, and then the brass nut.
2) If you do not move the reset switch, it sits higher than the o rings and will cause the diffuser to bow out a tiny bit where it's soldered. Basically just an aesthetic thing. IMO, looks better when the diffuser sits evenly all around. You can also just snip the component and reset the board by shorting the pads that are visible through the two holes in the plate between the left stabilizer cutout and the left alt cutout.
3) Just something I've done myself a few times, but test the stabilizers (esp the spacebar) before you solder. If you dont like the feel of it, you can still remove the PCB and retune them instead of having to desolder 100-something joints.

Thanks for the direction!
Definitely checked the stabs just now Separately, I may or may not have realized #1 for myself when I was test-fitting a bunch of things and the screw slipped right through the hole on the plate. Also just realized that my key cap kit doesn't have any 1.5u mods for the bottom row, so have to rethink the bottom row from what I was planning.
I'm noticing a bit of a bow to the PCB - what's the best way to deal with it when soldering?
Nice work dude!
Do you mind sharing your full config?
Thanks, I don't mind at all! I also discovered what I believe to be the issue with toggling backlighting, but again, I know little enough that it's just a guess at this point.
Firstly, I modified the layout shared by Reconsiderit to the following:
(Attachment Link)
Layer 1 is pretty simple, basically giving me access to F keys:
(Attachment Link)
I'm using the kai.tkg.io Chrome extension with the two layers above and the following Fn and LED configuration:
(Attachment Link)
From what I can tell, both Num Lock and the individual key backlighing are controlled by the LED1 row (which Reconsiderit calls for in his programming guide). This means that if you set that row to have no binding, you can toggle it with the Fn3 key. Unfortunately in doing so, you no longer have a num lock indicator, and the led for that key just toggles with the rest of the backlighting. I've tried assigning num lock to LED2 and LED3, both to no avail.
The way that I have it set up as shown in the image, Num lock unfortunately also toggles the backlighting, so I've got it reversed just based on preference to have num lock always on when not backlit. At this point, I've also re-purposed the Fn3 key on my board to be Print Screen, because I'd rather have a useful key until I can get the LED question figured out.
If you get a chance to try anything else and have any input, feel free to share!

Any updates on the Candykey's Aluminum Kits?
I'm doing manufacturing for all the alu cases. They're finalizing anodization and should be done the week of new years or so. I'll have things logistically sorted from there on out.

Sorry for the lack of updates again.
Factory has redone some of the cases since they didn't quite pass their QC between hand polishing and sandblasting. They want to anodize everything at once since it's not something done in house since the government cracked down and basically got rid of most anodization factories in the area.
To sum it up, atm, everything is at the sandblasted stage save for the few units that did not make it past QC. They are being remade and will go to anodizing after CNY break. For this factory, that would be February 14th.
To assure everyone that I have not pulled a tam nam skam and gone into a coma with GB funds, here are pics provided by the factory.Show Image(https://i.imgur.com/79DdcHl.jpg)
And here is the pre production unit made by the factory that I do not think I shared here.Show Image(https://i.imgur.com/zsft2aC.jpg)Show Image(https://i.imgur.com/Mv1qzZ2.jpg)Show Image(https://i.imgur.com/LAW1CeV.jpg)Show Image(https://i.imgur.com/JlsQSbE.jpg)
Lighting is poor and the color looks kinda like a washed out teal. It's a little brighter and quite a bit cooler than what you see on the screen.

As for future timeline, I'm going to try to get things done as soon as possible. I understand that some of you are frustrated with having to wait this long but I appreciate that everyone has been this patient. I want to get things done right this time around so I am being thorough with every step for the sake of my sanity and my wallet since I dont want to have to go through this all over again, for the third time.
Dear GB Participants!
We are aware some people are asking questions on the progress of this GB, the last newsletter was sometime ago stating that components are on their way, which they truthfuly were, but we were not aware that 1 part of the keyboards have still not arrived and the Host of the GB is making sure that the Manufacturer still ships them. At the moment we are not getting clear answers as to why they have not been shipped yet but we hope to have them soon as our courier has also tried picking up the last pieces but the host has not been able to explain as in why they got rejected. We are only waiting now for the last components, we have already started piecing together and preparing orders.

Hmm, the host as in @reconsiderit? Should we be concerned?
The duration of this group buy is bordering absurd at this point. From the sounds of it, there truly have been legitimate reasons for delay.
Can I has my keebs now? Pretty please.
The PCBs are still at KPrepublic. CK has sent me labels and I've forwarded them to KP. They haven't had any luck scheduling pickup for paperwork related reasons and due to how it's CNY, I've been told by them that I'll need to wait for China to start back up before they will be able to ship.
I'm updated my end of things tomorrow with manufacturing and all of the aluminum cases. Story short, a few items failed QC so they were remachined and will be anodized after the CNY break.
Any chance of a second round for this?

quick update again. Alu cases are about 2 weeks out according to my factory rep. Translates to about a month to shipping from me to you.

I also got the mail from CandyKeys about them soon receiving everything. How is that possible if the alu cases aren't done/shipped yet? Does the factory ship straight to the EU proxy or does it all go by you first? Just curious. I have faith in this and can't wait for the boards to reach everyone :)

They should be recieving the PCBs and the bent plates soon. Those are shipping straight from CN to them.
Yeah are there any updates?
So the anodizing factory lost the anodization samples that I left with my main factory earlier last year when I visited. I'll be shipping them new samples on Monday with DHL and am going to hope that they get things done in a timely manner.
With the amount of time and money lost in these manufacturing issues and delays I'm almost in the red. It's been over a year and I just want this to end. I'll be damn happy when the last one goes out the door and gets delivered, but till then, I'll still be working to get these delivered.

Surely you can ship them to those who went for the raw aluminum option?
Can I switch my order to an unannodized case? You can keep the extra money I paid for annodization. At this point I just want the keyboard sooner rather than later.
Any status update on the alu cases progress?
Any possibility of getting regularly scheduled updates? People are pretty forgiving if communication is provided.
Southpaw 65+
Anodization samples didn't seem to have made it to China. This is just further delaying things so will be matching the items I have on hand to pantone codes then sending them over tomorrow. Will update once anodization starts.
newb here, what keycap set is used on the preview images? thx
gmk yuri
Has NA received their redone bent plates? Or its only EU that is waiting?
So update is, we are waiting on straight wires of the stabs to come, we have tested the baord it does not work with the retro Cherry Official stabs so we just need to get those in. I do apologise. We have the GMK wires but apparently that is not so easy to simply “change”
Emailed Candykeys again today (emailed them once a week for the past month since they began "Processing" my order").QuoteSo update is, we are waiting on straight wires of the stabs to come, we have tested the baord it does not work with the retro Cherry Official stabs so we just need to get those in. Dont think I'll be using Candykeys again in the future, nothing but problems with changing my delivery address (every time I email back to check the change it hasn't, 3 times now) and now they arent even keeping us updated without having to email them.
String of bad luck I guess, but this is getting as frustrating as the Kira TKL GB.
Had a long talk with the factory over these two projects and it seems that the reason they're not being done at an adequate pace is that they've pushed other things ahead of it due to order volume. This factory is a larger one and also handles orders that are many times larger than what we are doing. It's understandable that they prioritize those orders but I have cleared the issue up with them and will try to get things made as soon as possible. I am still discussing with the rep to see when the boards will be completed so I can give everyone a concrete ETA.
Southpaw Fullsize is being hand finished right now. They've found some issues I've pointed out during my visit and are remaking some parts such as the tops due to inconsistencies in the chamfers. The remaining units that do not have this issue are being serialized and hand finished in order to achieve the 'seamless' look. I will see what the situation on the remade tops are and decide on how anodizing will progress once I know.
Pantone colors for Southpaw 65 have been sent to the manufacturer. They should be starting shortly. I'll request pictures as they finish up.
Dear GB Participants!
So finally after all this time we have managed to get through the orders one by one and figure out what is missing and not. So we are happy to report all orders should be fulfilled as expected, however: At the moment there is a shortage of Aluminium Cases *The 1 piece CNC cases* that were not delivered by Mill *The host* and he has mailed us and noted that there was a delay, hence we did not receive them. We are happy to report that all orders that have the Bent Plate Case are complete. (You should have been notified about this nearly a year ago that the IC case was not going to happen, asking for a switch to CNC Case or Bent Plate Case) The other thing not avialable is the feet for the cases, which we will be getting from another source ourselves. (Probably KBDFans) We have also realised that many people who ordered the Bent Plate case ordered feet, the feet are not compatible with the bent plate from what we see, if this is a error on our half, please let us know that you want the feet with your bent plate. The PCBs look in great condition, the Cases from what we have also look awesome, so it looks like the GB will end well for everyone in the end! We do apologize about the waiting time, we do not have a ETA for the cases from Mill but he said shortly, we will notify you personally in inbox if you are awaiting the CNC case.
Hey everyone, I am sorry for the lack of updates here on GH. I've been trying to update more often on the website since not everyone in the GB is on GH.
CK should have no received the PCBs and bent plates. I still need to send them hardware for it. That part of the delay is completely on me and I'm sorry about that. I plan to have it out to them next week.

Wait so they have or haven't received everything they need? Their update just now says "We are happy to report that all orders that have the Bent Plate Case are complete"
They said they had everything 6 weeks ago and were processing everything and then 2 weeks ago said they were waiting on different stabs as the ones they had didnt fit.
this has to be the longest GB in mechanicalkeyboard history!
I'm not blaming on you reconsiderit, but this has to be the longest GB in mechanicalkeyboard history!
So when do you expect the southpaw alu orders to be shipped out?
So when do you expect the southpaw alu orders to be shipped out?
I dont have an ETA from the factory and don't want to give any dates yet, but the factory has said that they're anodizing both southpaw fullsize and southpaw 65 yesterday and asked me to confirm numbers and colors so we're getting there.

Someone posted in the Southpaw Full Size GB thread that reconsiderit posted on some Discord server that there's a problem with the anodizing and estimated that shipping is still a couple months out. I have no idea how much of that is relevant to the Southpaw 65%, but my understanding was that the Southpaw 65% and full size were both going through anodizing together at the same factory. There were a couple of pictures of red and blue anodized cases, which is at least evidence that the factory has actually started work on anodizing. If anyone knows which Discord server reconsiderit is posting updates to, please let the rest of us in on it.
At the moment, I'm debating between moving to a coarser sandblast and re-anodizing or seeing if they're willing to remake with better material.Um, don't you think that this decision should be put to a vote? Unless the issues you describe are very visible and severe, I can't imagine most people on this group buy voting to increase the waiting time by an indeterminate number of months.
I just got my order from Candykeys today. Gotta say I'm really impressed with the heft of the bent plate case.
However I'm having an issue mounting the switch for my iso-enter. Honestly it feels like the plate is in the way, like the hole isn't big enough or its not cut properly. Well I mean I hope it's just me being an idiot but can someone have a look at these pics and let me know who you think?

Got mine today and yeah I have the same, it seems like the plate doesn't fit the PCB. If you place just the switch on the plate with no PCB and then try to put the keycap on it wont fit due to the keys to the left being too close.
We may have to file down the plate on the right side of the mount.

Hey guys, I just checked on my production file and it's completely my fault that the cutout doesn't line up. I accidentally offset the ISO cutout at some point between creating the footprint and combining the plate element together.
You'll need to take a file to the plate and extend the switch cutout to the switchtop removal line. For the stabilizers, they should barely fit underneath the plate. Check the wire to make sure that it doesn't hit the plate upon full extension.

Unfortunately yes. I used the same file as a basis for both the standalone and the bent plate options.

That sounds like you're not planning to correct it in the unshipped plates before you ship them. Why don't you correct the plate file and make that available to us? Then people who want to use an ISO layout could at least have an easy path to get their own plate cut. Given how fast this group buy is going, anyone who wants to do that will probably have their custom plate long before you ship the cases.
Oh, and you still have plenty of orders for non-anodized, raw aluminum cases that could have been fulfilled months ago. :(

It sounds like the raw aluminum cases are still in China with the rest of the aluminum cases. The only thing I can think of is that maybe he's trying to save a few bucks on shipping by waiting to ship the raw cases with the anodized cases after the anodizing is done, but that seems like a pretty ridiculous reason to make all the raw case orders wait for several extra months.

How many of the anodized cases failed quality control with a bad finish? Does anyone know if this sort of finish problem is something that Cerakote would do a better job of covering than anodizing did?
Alright, another quick update as communication between me and my rep at the factory has been pretty sparse in the last two weeks.
Ive talked to some other makers/vendors that are using the factory and they've given me another rep to contact. I'll follow up here and on the website on Monday once I get a reply from him.
As for now, all the cases are complete but I still am not sure how many are affected by the issue. Once I get in touch with the other rep which can hopefully get me some concrete information, I'll decide what to do from there.
I'm a bit confused.
I see that some people have received their raw bent plate kits. Are all of these shipped ?
So I mailed CandyKeys, because I didn't know the shipping status of the raw bent plate kits.
David answered : "SO we have another small tiny issue. Are you aware of the acryl plate going under the case? We have not gotten that yet and we sent 75% of the orders for the bent case and now people are asking where that is so that is a mistake."
So, two steps forward, one step backward.

David answered : "SO we have another small tiny issue. Are you aware of the acryl plate going under the case? We have not gotten that yet and we sent 75% of the orders for the bent case and now people are asking where that is so that is a mistake."
So, two steps forward, one step backward.
Big Update - Aluminum Case Manufacturing Qualms
As many of you read in the last update, some of the cases that came out have aluminum grain on them. The only way to fix this is to remake cases from scratch, and unless the supplier is willing to test the aluminum (which the current one is not at the current quantity), there's no guarantee that they will be completely free of grain.
They're going to reblast and reanodize some of the cases that have issues that can be lessened or removed by refinishing. I've gotten some better pictures from my rep and some of the cases have extremely minimal grain that appears at certain angles and will not be reworked as reanodizing aluminum multiple times deteriorates the surface (as seen from my lunar GB) and leads to more defects from handling.
As the situation stands, the factory is unwilling to remake the cases as this is the "second run" from them as many from the first had major CNC inconsistencies around the chamfers and standoffs and were tossed. Remaking again would run another few months (given this past experience with them) and is just not feasible at this point. For units that I receive and QC that do not meet my quality expectations, I will issue out partial refunds and organize cerakoating if desired.
I'm truly sorry if I've disappointed some of you as everyone in the GB has certainly waited long enough for their boards. My vision from the beginning has always been to deliver boards that do not disappoint and it is something I've tried my best to do with this GB. As it stands today though, I simply do not have the money left after the fiasco with KP and the round 1 Lunar manufacturing situation to remake a third run of cases at the factory that manufactured the second run of Lunar. I would much rather get these delivered to everyone as soon as possible without any further delays.
TL;DR
Some cases at the moment still show some grain. Manufacturer of the remade aluminum cases has stopped cooperating as remaking aluminum cases is costing them more than what I've paid them due to remanufacturing and remaking cases that had issues. They are not willing to remake/fix any more cases. I will be shipping what I receive and issuing partial refunds for cases that have grain (which, I understand from my rep, not many). If you happen to be allocated a case with serious grain, I will help with certificating if desired.

Thank you for the update!
I can understand your frustration with the situation, but hopefully those with affected cases can seek alternative means of coating, either powder or cerakoting. I know I will be and don't mind too much if I receive one.
Any ETA on when you will be getting them back?
Talking with my rep, they should be one in around two weeks time as they are still working on the last batch of cases that they have been willing to do.
Not a concrete estimate, but I'd say a month or so from today.

Thank you for the update. I imagine this is a tough situation for you.
In regards to the orders through Candykeys, when do you think they will arrive?
Do they go to you first, or shipped directly to Candkeys?
Any news on the Acrylic plates for Candykeys orders.
I emailed them and they said they were still waiting on receiving them.
Is there any news for the rest of us too?
The factory is looking to ship all the stuff they owe me at once. They are waiting on the cardboard boxes from the factory and have told me they would be for sure ready to ship next week.

Did the factory send you this shipment, or are we still waiting for the factory to get some cardboard boxes?
I love that he's doing ICs for PCBs while I'm still waiting for my board that I ordered two years ago, worst GB I've ever joined.
Took my GMK Laser set out of its tray around 13 months ago in anticipation for this board that would soon get delivered, lol. Have since moved appartment and my layout's GMK Laser caps are waiting in a plastic bag.
"Soon" :))

Everything is complete and waiting for shipping supplies from the factory's end. Using wooden crates to ship so it should be less than a week's time before they're dispatched.

Reconsiderit, you ought to reply to the thread, even if there is no news. We are getting restless, and that's because you gave us another timeline, and we're not sure if we are still on it or not.
As respectfully as humanly possible, there needs to be more communication here. You need to tell us what's going on. You've said how hard this is on you, but we've given you our money (and for me, at least, it was an amount that I can't just write off), and we do have some right to be in the know on how things are going.
I know this must be a tough spot, and evidently doing this GB was harder than you anticipated. Not only is the GB remarkably late, you've given us multiple timelines, you've gone silent on us multiple times, and the latest is that some of the cases failed QC.
We would all be much less anxious if you communicated with us, though, and I think we do deserve to know what's going on.
I've paid the shipping invoice for the factory so it should be sent to me soon
QuoteI've paid the shipping invoice for the factory so it should be sent to me soon
Just a update from us, a kind buyer notified us about this thread again. It is a shame honestly, I mean we might also not be experts on the quality of manufacturing and delaying things but the last thing we expect is that one keeps opening more products and gbs. We sadly have no new news from the original host, the last news was there was some packages ready but we are unsure what is happening since that was 3 weeks ago or more.
The good thing is for the CK customers - we have you covered and will refund you if it all turns to shambles, but i feel sorry for the others who have been effected not under our umbrella. No we do not have some insurance but it is only the right thing to do. :/
I appreciate the updates, although this is all very vague.
To summarise, all CandyKeys needs now is the screws for the cases?
Anyone got their acryl plates or not? ;D
Nope. But that's only because I'm a dummy and didn't know I needed one for a bent plate (noob here, first group buy for a keyboard).
Sorry that's not helpful lol.
Have to get one made..
Wait you mean the acryl plate is not included by default with the bent plate? I was under the impression it would be included with the plate
4) The acrylic diffuser should have been bundled with the bent steel plates. They were made in the same factory as all of the laser cut items (bent steel plates, alu plates, steel plates, etc...). From what I can see, CK never received the acrylic diffuser for some reason. The rep at the factory which did those has moved on to another place but I'll reach out to them and see if they know anything about the situation.
2) For orders on my side, I have gotten them to finally ship to me. I have everything on hand and should be able to start shipping keyboards out as soon as I get them. I'll get through this as quickly as I can but I expect it will be about two or three weeks from the day I receive the package.

In my mind, at least, we've crossed into "debacle."
As I'm not covered by Candykey's generous offer, I am beginning to wonder whether legal recourse via small claims court is warranted.
What is the current status here? Is it time to give in and file a Paypal claim? LOL. I haven't been keeping up nor aware of what the protocol is.You're a year and a half late to file a PayPal claim

I should be getting the tracking number from the factory today. I'll post it as soon as I have it in hand. To go through what I had briefly said on discord yesterday:
1) On the Candykeys side, I've emailed them and given them the contact for the factory yesterday. They will be arranging pickup on their own. They do not have case hardware yet as it was originally supposed to be provided by KP. I will be sending them the specs for the hardware. If needed, I will help them with hardware sourcing as generic hardware will cause interference between the PCB and case. Hardware is stuff that can be found through mcmaster though I am not sure if they have something like that in Europe.
2) For orders on my side, I have gotten them to finally ship to me. I have everything on hand and should be able to start shipping keyboards out as soon as I get them. I'll get through this as quickly as I can but I expect it will be about two or three weeks from the day I receive the package.
3) What the cases were waiting on was the packaging to ship the units from the factory to me and CK. They wanted to use cardboard boxes at first and wrap the items in foam but I didn't think that'd be enough so I opted for wood crates. On my end, I was also trying to explain that they couldn't mark the entire crate as a $10 gift. Due to the wait time between responses from the factory, this has taken quite a while.
4) The acrylic diffuser should have been bundled with the bent steel plates. They were made in the same factory as all of the laser cut items (bent steel plates, alu plates, steel plates, etc...). Once again, for those waiting, I will update with a tracking number and post it here once I have it from the rep. Will be using fedex int'l economy which is about a week from CN to me. CK will be handling shipping themselves between them and the factory rep.
If you want anything cleared up, feel free to ping me to ask me anything. I'll do my best to answer and get back in a more timely manner.
You are aware that if you win in small claims court you and only you are are responsible for collecting the award.

Thanks for the update!
Sooooo... For those of us that ordered through switchplate.co, received a bent plate, and didn't get an acrylic diffuser, what is going on there? I honestly can't remember if that was a separate option or not during purchasing, so I'm just trying to figure that out.
Okay sorry but I didn't understand your message (non English native here), could you (or anyone) please give me a TL;DR about the CandyKeys order? What is missing, what is the ETA of all of that?

1. Candykeys is handling their own shipment from the factory so the above tracking number does not apply to them.
2. Candeykeys needs to order small parts (screws, etc.) separately.
3. When Candeykeys received the bent plate orders previously, they did not get the acrylic diffusers that were supposed to be included. reconsiderit is contacting the factory about this.
4. In the last update from Candeykeys (previous page) they said they would be issuing refunds in the event that they can't fulfill orders.
Hello all!
So there is all the important info. above, I just wanted to update and confirm the last parts are becoming picked up now from the factory by Friday. The woman of the factory has contacted us with their pick up details and hopefully things will go smoothly. Now we are burdened with a ton of work regarding what will be missing, we expect a fair amount, for things like LEDs and switches we will probably reach out to you if there is something missing but should have everything. The acryl middle plates are here, I will confirm again after opening stuff up and we then will set to work. It is annoying now but lets hope all goes well!

He said he would work on it this weekend... It's not even Friday.

So you do need help - three days ago he said that he would QC/count what was delivered and then proceed to fulfilment. I suggest not holding your breath waiting on more information C:About what? The picture of the box saying I'll look at it later? That's not an update. There hasn't been an actual update since you decided to be thread police.
Okay, let me just preface this by saying, thank you for the update.
This is literally all we need, an image a week to show that stuff is moving. I bet most of us in the groupbuy (despite it coming up on 2 years) are still really hyped about this board.
The problem thus far has been the long stretches of silence. There doesn't even have to be an essay worth of update, just a line every now and then showing us that there is indeed progress. Even this picture is enough to tell me I'm that much closer to recieving my board, even though I'm getting mine from CandyKeys and not from you directly.
Now, I realise you have real life responsibilities and that a groupbuy takes time. But in the future, if we could just get an image and 1 line of text a week (even if nothing significant has happened) it would put a lot of peoples minds at ease.
Because of this, there will be hand finishing done to the raw cases and risers.
Because of this, there will be hand finishing done to the raw cases and risers.
What about raw cases that went to CandyKeys?
reconsiderit,
What's it going to take to get this finished? Is there anything still missing? What still needs to be done? Do you need someone to come over and help you pack them up? If that's all it is, I'm local, I have time, and I'm offering to help.
I highly, HIGHLY suggest ya'll start contacting your credit card companies and doing chargebacks. Give them the whole story. And laugh with them that you spent $x on a handmade keyboard.
This is utterly unacceptable at this point. And I'm from the Southpaw Full Size groupbuy, which has had even LESS updates or movement.
Took my GMK Laser set out of its tray around 13 months ago in anticipation for this board that would soon get delivered, lol. Have since moved appartment and my layout's GMK Laser caps are waiting in a plastic bag.

I wanted to build that keyboard for work, in the meantime I changed my job twice

Pretty sure chargebacks (in the US at least) are 90 to 120 days.
I'm still holding out for the parts...

But we are reaching 2 years next month
I'm not really interested in that anyhow. I think that maybe reconsiderit just needs a hand, or needs to put some time aside to blast through this.
I don't know their schedule/personal life or whatever, but just taking a weekend to push through this and get orders out would be a good start.
I'm trying to get as many of them out right now to get packages out before the BFCM rush starts impacting packages. I've completed packaging the small boxes that will go inside each order with add ons and small parts that are needed with each order. As of now, I have 5 orders going out tomorrow and will try and get the rest between now and Wednesday.

Does this include people that ordered through Candykeys?

Does this include the orders requiring assembly? Also which email should we be contacting to update addresses? I'd tried contacting switchplate by email a couple times earlier this month to update an address but hadn't received a response.
The tray parts were assembled when I received the plates. I need to bolt those into the cases and test. Should be all good to go then. I'll try and get them out before Thursday, but I'll update if things change.
Seems like there is a light at the end of the tunnel! It may have taken some time but I am sooo psyched to start using this board (and to wipe off the dust from the keycaps I've been saving for it!) :thumb:
Unfortunately, if you were planning to use them as is, it's not the finish that I had intended originally. If you're in this second group, please reach out to me and I can help work something out.Nope, that's not the keyboard I was waiting for. I ordered mine through CandyKeys, does that mean I'm on my own when it comes to figuring out how to make it look halfway decent?

I ordered my raw case from CandyKeys too but I hope they don't just ship them to us looking like that because they look pretty ****ing bad ngl

I would also like to know about the Candykeys orders, I think we deserve an update or a picture of the boards.
Are there any YouTube videos, how-to posts, or maybe even a Discord I can go into to learn how to program this keyboard?

6) Now reset the board by moving a magnet over the reset switch or by connecting the two pads if you've opted to snip it off. It should now enter bootloader mode and show up on tkg if you have the extension installed on chrome. You can also use TKG toolkit for this step. Note that TKG will not compile or flash if there is something that doesn't make sense in the layout. Check if the later box is outlined in red and click it to see any problems that you need to resolve.
I am stuck on number 6. What reset switch, can I get a photo? Not too sure what the two pads are and I didn't snip anything off. I downloaded the TKG Toolkit but I don't have a clue how to do that and I don't want to make things worse. What Chrome extension, I found a Chrome app but not an extension. Does anyone have a link to the said extension? Let's say I reset it with a magnet where and how on tkg.io do I enter bootloader mode then flash from there?

Hate to post again but I may still be looking for a black full aluminum kit, if anyone is selling please let me know or I'll try and hold out to hear back about extra kits.
Got my board today, it's a Christmas miracle.
Though in trying to get it flashed I have run into a speed bump: The Kimera - XD85 is no longer listed on the tkg.io programmer, only XD84. I don't know if this is the issue affecting my inability to program and flash the board but it seems to be the first issue I'd need to fix before getting further into programming details.
It very much is, make sure to use the correct site: https://kai.tkg.io/#

That all being said, is there a way to program and flash this board without a webconfigurator? Don't like the idea of depending on a web service and browser extenstion that could suddenly be unsupported/disappear.

Use Kai.tkg.io as krazzios says. You will still need to install the browser extension if you want to flash directly from the configurator.

I'll be honest, I'm pretty green when it comes to firmware. But just googling a bit led me to this guide: https://imgur.com/a/rfezG
There seems to be some info on how to use the TKG toolbox in there, basically what the chrome extension does but offline.
Small update but should be able to get remaining orders out by the end of the week given no issues. Wrapping up school tomorrow and should have time to wrap everything up and bring this all to a close.
I'm going to have one helluva story to tell from the two years this board has been in GB.

I still have nothing and can't build my keyboard... It a little bit disappointing.
I have order it from CK.

My tracking from CK has been stuck on "Order information has been transmitted to DPD" for a week now. Anyone else?
Anyone planing an ISO build? It seems that my switch for the ISO Enter doesn't fit with the stabs or I am too stupid. Anyone tried it with success?
I just got my order from Candykeys today. Gotta say I'm really impressed with the heft of the bent plate case.
However I'm having an issue mounting the switch for my iso-enter. Honestly it feels like the plate is in the way, like the hole isn't big enough or its not cut properly. Well I mean I hope it's just me being an idiot but can someone have a look at these pics and let me know who you think?

I have a candy keys order but not received any shipping information or anything
Are these out now?
Found it, thanks! But still don't know what to file? :D

The white line on the PCB is the outline of where the switch should fit, you need to clear enough space on the plate for it to fit.
Picked up my package from CK tonight.Show Image(https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/649888230933528596/668968135772078100/IMG_20200121_005937.jpg)
Unfortunately, CK didn't realize that they were supposed to source the hardware themselves so none were included. I e-mailed David, and he's getting on it ASAP.
Just thought I'd let everyone else know.
So.. I'm guessing there are no extras?
So what's going on with the CK Southpaws?
Give me a little time and I can mock up an ISO enter with a GMK set on my end.
Did you try this? I'm only getting this for an iso layout. If the enter is misaligned that's a huge bummer.Give me a little time and I can mock up an ISO enter with a GMK set on my end.
I'm not sure if it's the "poorer" quality of the Tai Hao keycapset I have at home. Would be nice to know definetly if you could double check it please @reconsiderit. I wrapped my head around a GMK set and don't want to spend (too) much money on a keyset which could not be fitting
Give me a little time and I can mock up an ISO enter with a GMK set on my end.
It took you longer to get this done instead of me finding an ISO keycap set from China while Corona is at it's peak - This means something. Again, I don't know your personal situation but don't say you do something and than do nothing and say nothing for 1.5 months. (After everything).
Anyways for you guys - I got my hands on a KBD Muted keycap set, this one fits. So far I've tested the original Pok3r keycap set (fits) and the KPRepublic Muted (fits) - Tai Hao Miami does not fit, so maybe be careful with that one. I still don't know why I didn't fit.
Here is a pic:

Hope you all get your keyboards soon :/
Cool! Thanks :)
Can you the share the files with me or how does it work? I never programmed a full keyboard, only the layers of my Pok3r so I have no idea. (And no magnet) But a lot of time due to COVID :D
Thank you! So I could use something like a cable and put in at the same time on those pins? :D
Thanks for the attachement, didn't notice it first.
Southpaw Extended 65% for Dummies
01. Install the prerequisites Here:
• Driver update using Zadig here (https://github.com/pbatard/libwdi/releases/download/b721/zadig-2.4.exe). It might be optional but I ended up needing it.
Show Image(https://i.imgur.com/xHmrWQE.png)
• Install the TKG Chrome App Chrome Extension here (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/tkg-chrome-app/kmbmjdabhpdnpeobnbdchihdcdaccidi).
02. Choose a Layer 0 layout from keyboard-layout-editor.com (KLE). Customize your keys with these (https://kai.tkg.io/#help) Available Labels.
• Southpaw 65+ Master and All Options (http://www.keyboard-layout-editor.com/#/gists/cbe2768aee67b5ebe8ddf3b78d0cb1a0) (if you are going to edit and use this make sure to switch the Key Colors back to #cccccc)
• Layout 1 (http://www.keyboard-layout-editor.com/#/gists/0e4e47b7aceafb8fae879d4b890981f7)
03. Make a Layer 1 layout from keyboard-layout-editor.com (KLE). Customize your keys with these (https://kai.tkg.io/#help) Available Labels.
• Blank Layout 1 (http://www.keyboard-layout-editor.com/#/gists/fe89c2c269845a35406c570280053eda)
04. Go to the TKG TMK Keymap Generator page here (https://kai.tkg.io/#).
05. Set up your General information.
• Click Config
Show Image(https://i.imgur.com/VTp46CC.png)
• Under Preset change Default to XD85 then click Close.
Show Image(https://i.imgur.com/qRnOGGV.png)
06. Set up your Layer information.
• Go back to keyboard-layout-editor.com (KLE) and copy the info under </> Raw Data tab.
Show Image(https://i.imgur.com/uFpov2d.png)
Show Image(https://i.imgur.com/6A0ayqs.png)
• From there go back to the TKG TMK Keymap Generator page and paste the info under Layer 0 and Layer 1.
Show Image(https://i.imgur.com/Bvb3t6p.png)
07. Set up the Fn information. (Place Fn1, Fn2, Fn3 and so on keys in your layouts to allow you to different functions such as layers, LEDs, and macros.)
• For example, I have 2 layers and LEDs. I have Fn1 set to Layer 1 with Fn2, Fn3, and Fn4 set to LED options.
• I have Layer 1 setup set to Fn1 as [Layer action > Momentary] + [layer 1]
Show Image(https://i.imgur.com/udGADHC.png)
• [Others > Built-in function] + [RGB LED] + [Optional] is the RGBs on the back of the board.
Show Image(https://i.imgur.com/fVCfFV3.png)
08. Set up your LED info.
• LED1 is for your backlighting. Set the binding to None and check only the box that says backlight.
• LED2 is for your caps lock LED.
• LED3 is for your numlock LED.
• LED4 is for your RGB backlight. Set that to active high, set the binding to None, and check only the box that says backlight.
Show Image(https://i.imgur.com/ngiS0KG.png)
09. Now that you filled out all of the needed info it's time to flash these settings.
• Reset the board by moving a magnet over the reset switch or by connecting the two pads if you've opted to snip it off. (It turns out that I can reset mine with it assembled by waving a magnet in between my LAlt and Space keys.)
Show Image(https://i.imgur.com/i4PxXW5.png)
• On the TKG TMK Keymap Generator page at the bottom [Burn .hex file] will turn all the way green. Click on it to flash these settings.
Show Image(https://i.imgur.com/KMllv0l.png)
• Assuming everything went smoothly a bar will pop up with 2 parts letting you know it's complete.

This was my 1st build and I found it a bit hard to understand what was what. So I made this to help out the newbs like myself. Note that TKG TMK Keymap Generator page will not compile or flash if there is something that doesn't make sense in the layout. Check if the later box is outlined in red and click it to see any problems that you need to resolve. I would have taken the time to make every possible combination but KLE doesn't let me save as so it keeps overwriting the other layouts I made. If you would like to have you layouts for Layer 0 and Layer 1 under steps 3 and 4 let me know and I will update this post.
@pegasus21 where do I start with this guide and your files? Where do I upload/enter the .c file from you? Could you help me out here again please?
EDIT: Wait - These instructions are saying "TKG" but your filename says QMK? Arent those two kind of software to program a keeb?

Yes they are both to program a kb. The original firmware that is supported by this kb is based on TMK.
I made a QMK port for this board.
If all you want is to program the kb and don't care about what firmware you're using, then you can follow the instructions you pasted for TMK.
If you need help in setting up the QMK build and flashing environment, I suggest reading the QMK documentation. They are quite detailed in how to get you started.
https://docs.qmk.fm/#/newbs_getting_started (https://docs.qmk.fm/#/newbs_getting_started)
https://docs.qmk.fm/#/newbs_building_firmware (https://docs.qmk.fm/#/newbs_building_firmware)
https://docs.qmk.fm/#/newbs_flashing (https://docs.qmk.fm/#/newbs_flashing)
Thank you for the additional information. I already bookmarked the QMK links but I was not sure if I understood that correctly that you did a QMK port. I try it with QMK, documentation looks "better" :D
Hey guys! We have ordered the leftover screws for this, again... We seem to not be hitting the right sizes. When they come we should not take long to ship things. We are aware after matching further orders, that some ALPS plates and silver plates are not available. We will write people when we know for sure.
The thing is I have absolutely no idea about that, like zero. So I have to read the QMK links in any case cause I dont even know how to flash QMK with the Hex files ;)
EDIT: I made it :D Like you said, I just flashed it onto the board. I am testing right with QMK Config and everything is working - Thank you very much!!
Works like a charm :)
I don't think I have to make any changes tbh - But it was a good to occupy myself a bit with QMK. Would you mind if I do an absolute foolprof (for noobs like me) flash instruction with your file and QMK here for this thread?
Okay :)That's the whole idea of running a firmware that allows you to customise the keymap to your preference. Go wild with it.
You know what would be nice? I think I am going to put the arrow keys on a second layer to WASD, same as I have it with my Pok3r. Would this be useful?
ive got my hands on a bent plate kit atm, was hoping to find some reliable files online for possible printing/laser cutting a high-profile case for this bad boy. if anyone knows of any please let me know!
It would be somewhat cool if the bent case would fit into a certain high-profile case :D Like a 2 in 1 solution

Update on my end as I've emailed candykeys and they're checking through what items they have on-hand. I'm not sure why this is happening as they should've checked and counted when the keyboards arrived and told me or manu about any missing parts but it seems like that wasn't done.
I'm holding off on selling what extras I have as I don't want anyone to be SOL and not have anything in hand after two (almost three) years of waiting.
I sent them hardware specs a really long while back and posted them in discord also. Please see below if you need hardware.

Hey @CandyKeys, how about you ship our keyboards to us as they are, and let us source missing hardware on our own?
Or, you know, you can keep our keyboards and refund us instead. At this point, I don't really care anymore.
I emailed CK and apparently they are sending out things this week by the looks of it.

Well the week has past and I have not received a tracking number ;)
Take every comment you get from the CandyKey team with a grain of salt. I've been hearing the same rubbish from CandyKeys for months...

Neither have I, can't say I'm surprised though. I'm convinced our boards don't even exist at this point.

They are all final now.
Your tracking number is still active, checking from your name, we only have 6 open trackings from months ago, we added in screws. If your order number is NOT
16482, 17034
then your order is OK.
IF you have ALPS plates, you will not be getting them, as we never got them.
The order numbers we have packaged are (With main keyboard parts, switches, stabs and screws that belong to the keeb (hurray!))
17109, 17189, 17079, 16520, 14773, 14747, 14737, 14725, 16520, 15103, 17013, 14685, 17027, 16808, 16675, 17056, 16947, 17016, 17165
If your order number is here and you got your keyboard already then lets be worried - but this should not be the case.
ALL other orders are shipped - if your order number is not in the list, PLEASE let us know if you did not receive your products. We have 2 people on our list who are radio silent despite many calls to them. There are 4 orders that are getting screws reshipped, and acryl plates reshipped. If you did not get your acryl plates for bent plate or screws, please write me on e-mail at support@candykeys.com

Anyone else haven't gotten any new updates on their shipments even though they should've been shipped out to DPD/DHL Thursday/Friday last week from CK?
If anyone from the EU end is missing things and are stilling looking for them, please send me an email and I'll do what I can to help. I've held on to all canceled orders and extras I have. Will let go of them once I see that everyone on the other side has gotten their orders taken care of.
All people should have DHL updates from us now, DPD ones are still active if they are old. 2 guys are on FEDEX which numbers will be sent manually.

I just need the screws to mount the difusor...Or at least some of you could tell me, what kind of screws I have to use.
I haven't received any updates.
The only information I have is an old DHL shipping email from you guys dating back to January, however the status is "open" with no information.
This status hasn't changed since January.

The screws to mount the diffuser aren't listed in that spreadsheet. Those are screws for the alu case only. I'll add them to the spreadsheet linked there in another sheet.
The screws for the diffuser are m2x10mm or m2x12mm with a round stepped brass nut at the bottom that recesses into the diffuser. This secures the diffuser to the PCB. You can space the PCB and diffuser with an o-ring. If you're sourcing this stuff yourself, some thicker o-rings do not work with 10mm long screws and you'll need a 11 or 12mm long screw. The ones that I have on hand are 3mm ID, 8mm OD, 2.5mm cross section and work with m2x12 very well. Screw sits flush with the bottom of the washer iirc.
I have extras of all hardware on hand. LMK if you need these and or bumpons as they are proprietary. Purchased extras of all this stuff in anticipation for future projects but I can send some for the cost of postage to anyone who needs them.
I don't check GH as often as I probably should. If you need anything, shoot me an email at mill@switchplate.co or PM my personal discord. reconsiderit#0001

But who messed it up with the screws?? It kills me that this thing isn't finished yet 99% - I've been to the hardware store (on our drive in total) and they don't have screws this side. Can you show me a picture of how the screws look like in your keyboard? Tbh I really don't see a point that you ship me screws from the US :D But I see a point in "they should have come with my order"...
@candykeys - Did you receive the screws for the acrylic diffuser from reconsiderit?
Super nice case though - excited to put it together. Did I read somewhere it needs a bit of hacking to fit in a ISO enter?
Cheers
.
Oh I saw the location! You wanted a address change last minute so we sent a new FEDEX Number, I hope that is you.
Hi
I got my EU Candykeys order a few days ago but I am also missing hardware (alu case).
I don't mind sourcing myself - I presume they're Metric machine screws of standard sizes if you're able to provide details? or as you say if you are sending to CK in bulk hardware could you add me to that list as well please? I don't have any of the screws needed to fix plate/PCB or the back feet/risers or any rubber bumpons etc
Super nice case though - excited to put it together. Did I read somewhere it needs a bit of hacking to fit in a ISO enter?
Cheers
This might be the stupidest situation I've ever been a part of. Sourcing screws and shipping them out should not take 4 months. Giving paying customers the runaround is not normal.
CandyKeys, fix your ****. Stop making empty promises over email. You were made aware of the hardware in January, and people have been waiting for 2.5 years at this point.
@candykeys any updates on my order #16482 ?

If you're sourcing on your own, the first sheet in the linked spreadsheet below.
If CK wants to do that, I'll email them and see how they want to go about it.

This might be the stupidest situation I've ever been a part of. Sourcing screws and shipping them out should not take 4 months. Giving paying customers the runaround is not normal.
CandyKeys, fix your ****. Stop making empty promises over email. You were made aware of the hardware in January, and people have been waiting for 2.5 years at this point.
So after a week getting the Swedish postal service to send me the package I unboxed it today.
I bought both an alu and integrated case. What I got was an alu case and a bent case. Even after a conversation with Candy who said: "Alright, no worries. We will get a extra Int. Case then as it was already manufactured :)" Then again this information was said August 29, 2018.
I also decided to pick up two sets of genuine cherry stabilizers and at first I was like hmm, looks like I'm lacking a long boy stabilizer. So I counted them and realised that I got 7 pair of stabilizers, an odd number to have for 2 sets. Turns out I only got one kit sent. Even double and tripple checked to be sure. Probably going to check another time after posting this.
Regarding rubber feet? None to be found. Says: "Note that rubber feet for the keyboard will be included. They will most likely be the translucent thin material as opposed to the thicker crosshatched black material."
And I as well lack case screws for both my cases.
But to end on a good note. My Alu case does look very nice and that part of my order I am very pleased with.
Could anyone with a bent case just upload a picture how to solve the screw thing in an aesthatically pleasent way?
@candykeys you don't have to resend the screws...**** it. But a picture or a definitive answer would be nice.

I would like to solve this to the end... no matter what the cost, I mean this GB is so old that even inflation is playing a role in the final financial outcome of this.
In an attempt to fix this and make the EU folks happy, I'll put hardware packets together and send them in bulk to candykeys and they can distribute them from there. Will email them and get this sorted out asap.
As for those that want to source screws themselves, I'll grab some pics of my bent case in a moment.
Isn't it a little premature to claim that this GB is "100% shipped"? I got a new tracking number from CK on June 8, and according to the tracking page, the carrier is still waiting for them to drop off the package.
@candykeys any updates on my order #16482 ?
Sorry - The change from raw to black caused confusion, it is being sent ASAP, the assembly cost is being refunded, and white LEDs from the order are being packed in being 1.8mm to prevent GMK Keycap issues. This might be the stupidest situation I've ever been a part of. Sourcing screws and shipping them out should not take 4 months. Giving paying customers the runaround is not normal.

Sorry there, it just takes that much time after a lack of organisation on this GB over the part of 2 years, it took its time for sure.
Cheers
If you're sourcing on your own, the first sheet in the linked spreadsheet below.
If CK wants to do that, I'll email them and see how they want to go about it.

What is the order number? All packages shipped after May or so have screws included, did you not get yours? We put them into a baggie with the bubble wrap OR they were mixed with the free comp. screw in stabs.

Order number 17189
I definitely triple checked the bubblewrap for screws etc but nothing in there. If you have screws/stabs/feet set aside on you or available that would be great but I don't mind sourcing myself if it's a pain in the arse.
We also doing a GB for the screws? :D :D :D
Well the good news is the screws are in. But the third thing on the list is just unconfirmed. What is missing now is feet. Screws seem to function well though on our behalf... It is the ones according to spec, but now it is just how to handle the mess in a logical way.
So...will we ever get those screws?
Finally got my keyboard! However, I did a few changes to the layout (mostly a bunch of 1U keys on the bottom right) but I'm not sure how to program this. I looked at how to program post (https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=92344.msg2625784#msg2625784). but I guess my question is more on how to do the second layer. I want most of the keys to just remain the same. How do I tell kai.tkg.io about the new layer, how do I tell it how to switch etc?
Also, if at all possible I'd like SHIFT+Esc to be ~ instead of SHIFT+Fn+Esc being needed for that. How would I do this?
If there's a better place to ask this, please point me in the right direction!

Why not close this thread? I mean it is 100% shipped

Okay, **** this ****.
You've been on edge for most of the process, have some chill.
ktrezzi - Did you communicate with us? The anonymity of the internet is a strong feature but here I am confused as to whom is who and just going by location tags.
Has anyone gotten their hardware yet?
Has anyone gotten their hardware yet?
Candykeys sent me a tracking code a month ago, but it still says deutsche post hasn't received the package. Contacted Candykeys and they said they did deliver it and deutsche post is wrong.
Exact same thing happened before with Candykeys so I don't know what the problem is. Gonna email again In a week or so

I'm in the same position. Waiting for the last pieces. Got a tracking number from Deutsche Post that hasn't updated since oct 14th. But David from Candykeys said that it's been shipped and most likely wont update at all until it arrives at the door. Had other letter orders that took 6 weeks to arrive from mykeyboard eu also, so I am willing to believe it's on the postal service.
We're now past 3 years from GB order date. My first keyboard GB and the keyboard is still not fully usable
Soon... ;)
Let me send a follow up to CK. Not sure whats going on now. They should have everything. I'm waiting on my PCBs from them so I can put extras up.
@candykeys any updates on my order #16482 ?
