Some for each of:Thickness tolerance (I was naive and think 1.5mm sheet will actually 1.5mm thick)Early designs that not 'click' (sandwich construction method, screw up to alu frame, drop in upper plate for universal cases, etc...)Wrong measurements (CNC using wrong files, mismatch 3d to 2d mapping lead to wrong screw holes, etc...)Luckily, most of those are done in-house, that really speed-up the prototyping process.We will have a garage sale in future with some really weird stuffs, but don't hold your breath )

I got your post so late Just one question: which kind of pcb this case would fit? Mine is 38gt from GON Maybe someone did ask you this question but I've not find one :<
I mean, I'll be using a GON NeRD 60 with mine. Pretty much any 60% pcb should fit just fine in this case, since it doesn't even have any mounting holes. The plate slots into the rails that go around the side, so it should be ridiculously easy to find a pcb that will work with this case.
Well it was in our intend from the start to support as many layout as possible but it still need some time as well as we need to check the capability of the machining to bring more of them so it will not be around soon. Tt the time I just want to run this 60% as smooth as possible so the less diversity at the moment the better for me given the fact this is the first time I run a buy so yeah, dont expect it to appear anytime soon.Payment update: 2 more to go guys, hurry up!
