Case prototype is still on it's way, been delayed a few times but it's expected to be delivered sometime Monday.

PCB prototypes came in earlier today, they look and work great (: Gondo is now working on getting them to be VIA compatible, which should be done in the next few days.

Haha yep! I was mostly asking for a way to see updates easily as well; You read my mind. With that being said, I've joined and am looking forward to any updates!

Prototype is officially in, and it looks fantastic! I still need to wait for some stabs to come in (somehow I didn't have any spares lmao), and then I'll record and upload a typing test.

If there's anything specific you want to see from the prototype, just let me know and I'll upload it tomorrow.

I'll take some more detailed pictures of all the parts later today or tomorrow. I'll go into some more detail on specific thoughts about the prototype tomorrow as well, and go over some places where I think it could be improved (both design wise and manufacturing wise).

Will the brass be polished /coated?

Also, i think that this part would look better if the brass would be linear with the aluminium back

I totally agree with KaosJ, if the brass parts and screws were flush with the back of aluminium panel it would make the finished product look much cleaner but that's just an opinion I'm not sure what the creator would like himself/herself. I hope you consider this idea though. Either way, it's an amazing and unique board

Wow, this has to be one of the coolest keyboards in IC rn. Just curious, why did you decide to name it after the bird? I remember its significance in Moby ****, but couldn't connect it to the keyboard. Def hopping on the GB though, GL!
