Haven't seen any of those weird Asian stink bugs this year.

You know the ones I'm talking about? They were all over the place the last two years and out of nowhere, I haven't seen one at all this year! Am I alone? Are you guys still inundated with them?

I've never seen a stick bug but they scare me in photos. I'd probably burn my house down if I saw one of those big guys around.

The thing I hate about stink bugs is that they are so damn agressive.  ****ers will fly right at you if you come near them.  Then they just chill on the wall up high before they die and their bodies hang up there forever.  They're *******s.  And the worst is when the cat gets after one.  Have to try to gently capture it before it unleashes stink hell upon your house.

What you do is you catch it, don't squish, either throw it outside or flush

Which brings up another point. I genuinely haven't smelled one of the things. When I see em, I squish them lightly. They don't explode, they just die and appear to be uhhh...structurally intact. Is that why I don't get the stink? I hit em with too weak a smack?

Are you telling me this guy is not adorable? I have an overwhelming urge to make a tiny hat for him.

Stick bugs are very weird looking but as they're harmless not scary, look easy to pick up and remove balanced on the end of a couple of pens without hurting them.  How big a chin strap would that guy need on his hat though?  Assuming I've identified his mouth that is...

Dunno about asian stink bugs but japanese beetles are eating every damn thing at my house. I do however also have multiple types of stink bugs sucking the life from my tomatoes and a variety that love seeds(love dill seed and rhubarb seed). Can’t win.
