So here is a more plausible conspiracy theory: Rudy Giuliani (who yesterday was telling Senator Tuberville to delay the congressional proceedings as long as possible by objecting to every state's electoral votes, but incompetently dialed the wrong number, and who directly told the mob that they needed to carry out "trial by combat") was conspiring with the rioters to ransack the Capitol as part of a plot to slow down the election certification.
