Price check, these custom keycaps in many colours. Thick PBT, Cherry profile Row E (Escape key and function row). All new.

Please give me a realistic market clearing price. I have 13 of each.

(Attachment Link) (Attachment Link) (Attachment Link)

Um, with everyone talking about super expensive keycaps, could someone suggest a market clearing price for mine? (Had the misfortune to post just before everyone started on Red Alert). I'm not looking for piles of cash, just want to sell some excess keycaps.

I'm assuming they're dyed.  If so, base cost of the caps + cost of dye split across them.

good choice, BSP Olivetti is definitely the best commonly available iteration of that color scheme imo. i think photec posted a set of vintage Olivetti once, the best i've ever seen but it isn't within the reach of us plebs. dropping 3 GMK sets for it.. you must like blue a lot :-) saving money is never a bad thing though.

hope you get a good headphone setup that will last a long time. my $800 midfi rig's only been with me for 2 years and i already feel the need to upgrade..

dropping the GMK was also partially influenced by me being unable to justify buying boards just to house them. my grand vision is to have the bsp olivetti on a GON, ivan's cherry PBT on my work g80, and i already have the vortex blue white on my poker 2. i also have a stock ducky mx greens for clicky fun... having the GMK trinity means I would need more boards. it's just not financially responsible (beyond the already obvious irresponsibility).

for me a good audio setup doesn't mean latest or greatest, it's just the right sound signature for me and the type of music i listen to. picked up a BNIB sennheiser 598 off of kijiji for 175CAD (wasn't in the game when black friday sale happened :(), gonna use that as my general purpose entertainment headphone. will use the leftover funds after olivetti to go towards a schiit stack.

then i will decide on the main goto headphone (want an all rounder). i have heard great things about akg 551 as an all rounder but will do a lot more research and reading before committing. i've learned enough from keyboards to know that I should just gun for endgame off the bat and be content with it.

An Olympia es-100 typewriter.
This is this best picture I could find atm.
It uses strange vertical slit like openings in the switches.

Anyone know the going price for a good-condition SSK?

A recent batch of filthy SSKs came through Elecplus at about $75/ea., as I recall. A good condition IBM (don't know about Lexmark), clean, with all original keycaps and no broken rivets, I'd say at least $150.

That ain't going to happen again.

I am interested and surprised to see that the big price spike from a year and a half ago has not repeated itself.
"The Trump campaign announced in a letter that Republican candidates and committees are now expected to pay “a minimum of 5% of all fundraising solicitations to Trump National Committee JFC” for using his “name, image, and likeness in fundraising solicitations.”
“Any split that is higher than 5%,” the letter states, “will be seen favorably by the RNC and President Trump's campaign and is routinely reported to the highest levels of leadership within both organizations.”"

Binge Lion Keyng - the blue and white marbled one?

Whatever he sold it for originally, which was probably between 25 and 35 dollars.  If you know the name of it, I'd google it to find it on his store to get a price.  Or check your payment history.

No idea what they are worth, but I would love them.  Maybe like 35$?   I don't know if you want more but I can't spend much as of right now due to other KB purchases.

Someone wants me to build a GON crystal TKL for them, and I know how to do it as I've built one before, but I don't know how much I should charge for labor and stuff. What's a good price without me charging too much as I've never done this for someone before?

Last build I did for someone I quoted for the price of shipping but they paid me $100 + shipping.  I know the pricing is all over the place depending on the complexity, what needs to be done, services included (stickering, lubing, etc), and so on.  If it's just a straight solder switches in job, $15-25 + shipping is more than fair.  Of course, that's assuming you're competent at soldering.

I think it's a reasonable price, however I think it's a very unpopular board. Usually people stick to the older, higher quality Cherry G80s from the 80s, 90s and early 2000s. You might have a tough time selling it, I'm not sure.

Assembled phantom PCB and plate, plate style is the same as WhiteFireDragon, and it has ergo clears with stock red springs for the alphas and stock browns everywhere else. It has no case or caps, what would this be worth? Everything works.

I would say it also depends on if they have the jumper wires still in them, those can be a pain to remove.

I would say around 290 would be a good price, considering they go for around 300 + shipping from japan on amazon atm
Very busy with studies atm.

How much for a full keycap set from a Das II ? Black blank POM cherry profile. No apparent shine on them.

They've lost quite a lot of value from all the ones that recently sold at $60.. I'd say $50 for a good condition set. If it's really pristine, completely unused.. maybe $100.
