So can you play the MP without finishing the SP? I started it up last night and it said I needed to finish the SP first... Do I just need to get so far or what?

I have already finished the game and played a bunch online via the PS3 version, but the MP wasn't out until long after I'd finished the SP anyway

honestly I think the best course of action is to mute all in game mic chatter **** and use team speak/skype for chatting with mates while playing it... lets you cut out all the ****

idk about that, probably not... you'll have to dig around in the audio settings to find out tho... I played alot on the PS3 and me and my mate would team up and mute everyone and just use Skype and never had a problem interacting with others

I did. It completed, then when I opened Steam about 40 minutes ago it started downloading/extracting?

It's still on 100% but unresponsive.
