Same here - order form was filled out mid-October and my username isn't on the list.

Why even do business with these guys, if they can't even make a minimal effort to stay in contact?
Leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

The problem is, they're the guys that make the Poker and Pure keyboards. They have product people want, with out much competition, and just happen to run things like crap otherwise.

Pexon, I need to cancel my order as well. Due to the timing and the time involved with proxying, I don't think I'll live in the US when the shipment finally goes through... if you ever hear back from Vortex.

Very busy with work atm so just bare with me, I still haven't updated the OP as there are still lots to add, sorry for this, all orders are acknowledged and anyone who posted in the doc are secured. Closing orders tonight and chasing up Vortex again, it's shocking their customer service.

I really don't understand some people here. It was clear from beginning that orders are received until the end of October. It's early November and people are canceling orders because they have not received the case yet? Just buy on Amazon then, group buys are not for you.

Considering we haven't heard a peep out of Vortex I don't think it's unreasonable for people to be pulling out. I'm seriously considering cutting my order back to 1 case and ordering something from TaoBao if we don't hear something soon.

Agor, pexon has been trying to get a hold of Vortex for over 3 months, and had no response. If Vortex was responsive and willing to take orders, then people wouldn't be complaining. At this point, no one knows when they will get their things, or even when the order will be placed to get the ball rolling. Other companies that have dealt with Vortex has said that it isn't unheard of for Vortex to ignore their customers for months at a time, and refuse to accept orders. I know I don't want to do business with a company that has customer service like that.

Delays in a GB are acceptable, normal and understandable if we are talking about the hobbyist part involved in it. I mean, the organisers have lives, are making this effort for the community and investing their free time in organising all the required things for the GB to happen. But in this case is the "professional" part the one is failing about communication and clarity. I can trust Preston and I don't mind him delaying the whole thing, this is not his job, but dealing with a company like Vortex that is such a "costumer experience" is another thing.

Trying my best peeps! I can't do anything about the lack of contact. I haven't updated the order list as I'm not 100% if they even want our custom, pretty bad TBH.

IF we get confirmation, I will update the OP with the orders, I'm super busy with cables and a few bits for magazine features at the moment, sorry! All the orders that are on the order firm are there and confirmed, so don't fret if its not on the OP. As I said I am swamped at the moment, so sorry for lack of communication, I mean, I haven't even updated my cable thread for a while, I've been that busy making them, I haven't got time in the evenings to post pics!

When/ if I know more, I will inform you guys as soon as. Thanks for the patience, but its out of my hands now.

Just read the past few pages....seems like Vortex let the organiser down.

Looks like this is still on, just! They are in the process of remaking the molds; remember them saying they are making them better quality? This seems to be the cause of the delay.
