Need a price for the following two boards:

Steelseries 6Gv2, MX Blacks, 6 months used, shiny spacebar.
IBM Model F XT, clean keycaps, all original

Steelseries isn't a very sought after board so I agree with kenmai9. Maybe $60 to the right buyer and you would have better luck on Ebay.

On the IBM Model F XT you should be able to sell that for around $50 in really good condition. $40 if you want to sell it fast.

This doesn't include shipping cost though.

I'd actually say $40 +shipping or $50 shipped are pretty much the kinds of prices you'll have to sell one in good condition in here for unless you did a soarer's mod to it.  Most people aren't willing to shell out much for them since you have to do a fair amount of work to make them work.

How much would 100 old, worn out blacks (so super smooth) in a new PCB mount switch case that used to hold clears be worth?

I sold my mix of old "new", "vintage," and "old but not vintage housing" blacks for $0.25 each with 10% extra switches with every order and Whiskeytango sold his for about the same.  You might be able to get up to $0.50 each, but plain old old blacks aren't really going to sell for much more than $0.20-0.35 each.

Thanks Nubb. Thinking of getting a g80 11900, but I don't think I can type on blacks

I just bought a broken Cooler Master Storm QuickFire Pro with Cherry Reds from ebay.  I will be harvesting all the switches from it.  I only need 15 switches for my purposes, I plan on selling the rest.

I'm looking for suggestions for how to sell them.  Person to person via PM?  Ebay?  Sell them individually or in sets of 5 or 10?  The going rate for Cherry Reds?

I see a few Ebay stores selling them individually for $2.50.  WASDKeyboards sells them for $2.00.  Obviously if I undercut both of them I should sell theses switches rather quickly?

I don't think many people actually buy bulk quantities of switches off eBay, chances are if you're building a mechanical you'll know where to find them for a lot less than eBay prices.
It's a good width!  If it's half-width it's too narrow, and full-width is too wide.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that it's very easy to get switches for about 45¢, but you could probably sell them for 50-55¢. However, if they're broken from use rather than just being a defective board, I don't know if anyone would buy.

Price check on a barely used QFRS Green?

Stealth Greens are generally one of the higher priced QFR's when it comes to S/H prices, I'd say you'd probably get around $100 for it easily.

I see. However, I managed to get it for $110, and I've got an interested at $90 without shipping. Still okay?

Yeah that sounds fair, a $20 hit is pretty good really.

My extra IBM AT Model F, very good condition, I replaced the foam with a rubber mat, sanded off the rust on the metal plate. I was planning on doing the Soarer mod on this one but haven't had the will/time. Thanks.

What specific version of the Model F?  The Model F has multiple bodies and key layouts, http://deskthority.net/wiki/IBM_Model_F.

What? So blues are 54 cents each and browns are 50 cents not including shipping, but clears from a distributer (who need to profit more) are 50 cents each free shipping? What has this world turned into?

Clears have just become available in the last week or so before that used clears were selling for $0.50 and new anywhere from $0.65-0.80.

I would think that you could sell the Poker for $75, but it depends on what case you have. Without any further information, I'd say $150 - $175.

Here's one for sale at $190. It's the low-profile Pure case, but includes a plate, so it's a close reference.

Hope that helps!

Steelseries 6gv2. The keys pressed for Starcraft 2 and some FPS are very shiny (1-4, WASDERZXCVBNIO, left Ctrl, Alt, and spacebar). The rest of the board is practically brand new.

I have StarCraft II HotS Razer gear that I'm looking to sell:

Marauder Keyboard: used about 3 months

Banshee Headset: used about a week

Spectre Mouse: used about a month.

All three are in pretty much mint condition. Obviously the keyboard was used most but it has no defacements, everything works as far as I can tell from typing/gaming/coding on it for three days. Lighting system works flawlessly for all three items.

I actually fell in love with the keyboard, despite it being a rubber dome, but I need money right now. The headset was OK, not as good as my $200 phones, though, (as should be expected) so it wasn't worth it. Mouse was too small for me.

Anyway, I know this is all Razer stuff and everyone hates Razer for some reason, but I enjoyed everything here except the mouse (which really is just because of my large hands), and everything works fine. I want to sell them for a little cash. Anyone know how much someone might pay for any of the items?

That's hard to say around here. We don't value rubber domes at anything. Thus, selling them here is pretty much off the table, most likely. Search them on eBay and see what they're being sold for there, then put them up for sale there?

My extra IBM AT Model F, very good condition, I replaced the foam with a rubber mat, sanded off the rust on the metal plate. I was planning on doing the Soarer mod on this one but haven't had the will/time. Thanks.

What specific version of the Model F?  The Model F has multiple bodies and key layouts, http://deskthority.net/wiki/IBM_Model_F.

AT...

If you need a Soarer mod, it's not an AT.  If it needs the Soarer mod, it's likely an XT or 122 key terminal and those generally go for $50-100 shipped, though $50-70 is more realistic.  If it is an AT, those can go for $120-200, depending on the shape it's in, the rust on the plate, and so on.

I sold mine for $15 shipped.  I think I paid somewhere around there for it to ship in a paper envelope.

Brand new HHKB Model in box: PD-KB400B Dark Gray.
Just got it from EK last week... Never used - Too advanced for me for now.
How much should i list it for ?

Well, you should get your post count to 60, then list it at ~$230-260.

Don't give up on it so quick!! It's worth trying to figure out so you can use it, here isn't the place to discuss but if you want to try and use it shoot me a pm with what problems you are having with it.

The problem is really the form factor.

I unfortunately need a 104 keys black to use in my (corporate) office, where the nails that stands out gets hammered...

Or maybe "get a different job"...?

On topic: How much is a 1995 Kensington Expert trackball in excellent condition worth? Is it actually usable nowadays? I mean, it doesn't even use PS/2, just COM, which is something I don't have working out of the box.

1) switches?

2)$150? I can't say so off the top of my head.

3)$100 (plus shipping)

4) depends on the condition of the caps, but I'd say maybe $130.

This is what I'd pay for them, and may not be 100% accurate prices.

I'm not sure why you are questioning if it is an AT. Trust me it is. It doesn't need the Soarer mod but I was going to do it like for my other one so I can use a usb cable and change some keys around. But thanks for the estimates.  :)
