Hey there, first post! I was directed here from reddit; looking for some advice on the value of a G80-0499. I've been posting a bit about it here. I don't have any updated photos since I started cleaning it, but it is cleaning up quite nicely.

Anybody have some advice?

(I've posted an identical post on DT; I figure between all three big MK forums, someone will have a good answer!

PM Photekq, he'll know fore sure. Personally I'd probably only buy that for the caps and switches, but there could well be more value.

He actually contacted me on reddit.  He wasn't interested due to the stabilizer damage and noticeable shine on the caps.  Thanks though!

I've asked him.  We'll see what he says.  At this point, it appears that scavenging it for parts is the best option.

What's a good price for an HHKB Pro 1 vs a Pro 2?
I've been doing some research on here and mechmarket to see the prices, and it seems like Pro 1's go for more than Pro 2's, is that correct?

Also, what do you guys think is a fair price for a yellowed Pro 2?

It all depends on how well the for sale pictures are photoshopped.

It is very rare to see something like an AEK M0115 for under about $50 shipped, that would be the obvious source. And taking them off the board is a fussy tedious job, too.
"The Trump campaign announced in a letter that Republican candidates and committees are now expected to pay “a minimum of 5% of all fundraising solicitations to Trump National Committee JFC” for using his “name, image, and likeness in fundraising solicitations.”
“Any split that is higher than 5%,” the letter states, “will be seen favorably by the RNC and President Trump's campaign and is routinely reported to the highest levels of leadership within both organizations.”"

So just those four keys from the parent kit correct?

If so, $34 is too much for that kit.

What would you say is a fair price? With shipping I paid 13.5$  and I'm looking at maybe 5 more to get them too him.
(Would be nice to make a small profit, considering they wont make them anymore.)

$250 w/o caps seems reasonable, add at least 150 if Hyperfuse GMK is included, looks pretty rad with it!

For $275 I would at least want the LED's, b.87s are cool but it's not like they are OTD or something of that sort, I have seen similar boards sold both higher and lower than $250.

That was my thought process. Before I was looking I remember seeing them all over the place it seems for less than $250. Could be my imagination, but either way $275 seemed high.

I was digging through aunts storage locker and happened to find a Lexmark branded Model M SSK KB#1397961 Manufactured January 13, 1992. I never seen a Lexmark branded one, so I wouldn't know what this is even worth. It's still brand new with styrofoam packaging and everything. No sign of wear and the rivets are all still intact.

Good condition SSK goes for 150-200$ if you have the box and it's unused, you can easily add 100-150$ value on top of it.

ANSI.  What is the price difference between the winkey and the f-key versions?

I don't know if there's a real price difference between the two but iirc f-key are rarer.
FYI ISO 5K are around 350$ mint,  ANSI one are above the 500$ mint.

Hello guys, I don't know if this is the better thread to ask how much a set worth.
In the last days I bought a Olivietti kbd2812 keyboard and a lot of people are asking me if I sell my keycaps, but I don't know how much it worth
They are doubleshot and the layout is ISO-PT.
2 keys are damaged (5 and 6 from numpad).
2 keys are missing (Esc and F1).

Fully functioning IBM 5140 with brown alps has printer carrying case all the extras has some minor scuffs but besides that appear flawless. Unfortunately I just want it for the brown alps and don't know what a fair asking price is for the whole kit and if I would be able to sell some of the other stuff after harvesting the switches.

considering I only want the board the guys is asking $125 shipped which seems expensive to me for not even enough switches to fill a tkl however I know these are worth good money to people so for all I know $125 shipped with all the extras could be a freaking steal  :p

Any info or help on this would be appreciated
Looking for Black KMAC 2 or KMAC LE Preferably unbuilt kit but will consider an assembled board with clears Please PM me if you can help 8) Always on the lookout for KBK/KWK Bro Reapers,V2s and Clack factory skulls have lots of caps for trade

I'm guessing ~$20, maybe someone who ordered some can chime in.
