This will be in the base set. You can see it in the KLE layout.
Maybe I'm missing something but I only see the black 6.25u in the main set, a black 7u bar in the extras and red 6.25u and 7u bars in the extras below that.
I also thought of something else, it'd be nice to have a 1u R1 = key for the numpad. And I think the 1.5u BS/Delete should be text rather than an icon since there aren't any other icon mods. My personal taste would be Backspace since that's how most use that key, but Delete is fine too.

One is I don't find the graphics attractive and two is R4 1.25u only, which is very prohibitive given that other sets have R1 1u novelty caps and I just stick them to F-row and the nav cluster. Other than that, love the base set and accent kit. The renders are to die for, just look at the red under glow and the set just gives off that evil, sinister chill :))

Sorry for my noobness but do other sets normally run their novelties in 1u form? Does the community think I should run them in 1u instead of 1.25u?
Really interested in this set. Any update? I wonder what it would look like to have the mod keys' colors flipped.. i.e. black legends on a red backgroundRiding on this idea. Maybe one with Alphas that are flipped ie black on red. Might not meet GMK MOQ however.

I posted my thoughts in the google form, but figured I might as well post them here as well to see what others think. Set is good overall, but personally I'd rather see "Delete" or "Backspace" for the R2 1.5u BS key rather than the chunky x-in-block icon since the rest of the mods have text (or if you want an icon, just the simple left arrow). Also I think it'd be good to add 6u bars, though you'd need to decide on center stem or offset since GMK has both now (if it increases the cost too much, could just make a spacebar kit for the accent bars like other sets do). And finally, going back to the modifier thing, given that the mods are text I think something like "Code" would look nicer than the windows logo.
The set will be using icon mods (I've asked Ryu multiple times), so it'll blend in. I believe he is waiting for updated renders from GMK.
I don't mind icons, but I'd still like to see that chunky BS icon replaced with the normal left arrow.
I'm definitely interested in getting an set. Hopefully the red doesn't turn out like JTK.

I figure this is as good a time as any to announce I WILL BE PICKING UP THIS GB. That's right, your favorite pastry-feline amalgamation will be attempting to bring this set to life. I do always aim to have an EU proxy and an Asia proxy when possible, and so far mechboards.uk, KP Group, and zFrontier have been doing well.

Yeah. I do believe that Donutcat has proxies for all those locations. I reached out to him and will give you a more concrete answer once he responds,
We've got EU and China proxies through CandyKeys and zFrontier, but at the moment I'm still looking for a Korea proxy since I'm not familiar with any of them.
This set doesn't seem to be that interesting. GMK Demonic already exists (and you can buy it now if you wanted), GMK Ceresia already uses P3 for inverse colors, the novelty keys in this set are only 1.25u so they are useless for Tsangan bottom rows, and the group buy runner seems to be extra shady based on their history with the community and attempts to hide their identity.
I like the P3 color but there seems to be more reasons to not join this GB than to join it.
I think I prefer the icon legends from Demonic. Also, this set includes Tsangan support but the Novelties only work on a standard layout and are rather meh to begin with. Might be better off removing them from the set to avoid tooling fees. The inverse keys are a nice touch though, and I can get 6u center-stem spacebar from other sets If needed. It might be cool if you did combined icons + text legends.

I was not aware if this. I will approach him and donutcat and see what they think of this idea. I am unsure of logistics.
RO2 and P3 are so similar that I don't think Puddsy or the folks interested in Red Riot would mind either way. The human eye doesn't differentiate shades of red as distinctly as we can distinguish shades of green, for example, especially with small lettering. In real life there is very little difference despite what the renders show, and only putting them next to each other would you notice the difference. Just a though for ways to possibly collaborate to make more people interested. Listening carefully to what the community wants is one way to increase orders to reach MOQ, although even Red Riot is a rather lackluster IC.

I like this set, and would consider it IF it had some 1u novelties. I never use 1.25u keys, so it’s hard to justify this.

The black is the same but the red is different so it might look weird. LedZep uses custom colors (non GMK stock colors) for their red and beige. Forge uses all stock GMK colors. Hope this helps.

If you are one of the users of ansi keyboard with 84 or 87 which is most common outside EU, you will find out that 6 R4 1u novelty is just a joke.
Maybe Ryu intended ansi users to use these novelties at arrow key?
