Title: [IC] Honolulu Meetup December 2021

Aloha MK Community,

We are planning to have a meetup around early-mid December this year. This pre-IC will give us a headcount of people who are interested in coming. It will also give us an idea of how many boards people want to bring. Based on the number of interested people, we will determine a venue. We will create a more official IC shortly after this concludes. We plan on having this form open until the end of July.
