Microsoft bought Blizzard?

I just read that Microsoft bought Activision Blizzard - is that true or just a rumour?

$69BIl  and yes, it's true.
It still needs various approvals, but I doubt that will be an issue.

The good, it means they can kick the CEO to the curb.
The bad, it means another mega merger and less competition.

Good short term, bad for the long term.

True, contributes to a monopoly but on the other hand there is a restructring including getting rid of that bozo bobby kotick so it's a mixed bag
