After looking all over the web and talking to several people out there. I found 2 solution 1 short term and 1 long term options.

At this time I will talk about the short term option.

Leopold has some blank and lettered keycaps (yellow, blue, orange, etc) They fit the Realforce US. This will make the realforce owners very happy, but the HHKB owners partially happy since some keys will not fit. Price is around $100 USD +Shipping.

Just for reference it cost 29 USD shipping to Australia no more than 1.5kg using EMS

Very good news cactux, those blank colourful keycaps are awesome and the fact that they will fit the Realforce 87U with the led holes is fantastic!

I'm in for sure. I just have to decide which ones I prefer since I would like to have them all!!

I will give you the final choice ASAP, have to check how much money I can spend on those keycaps.

leopold.co.jp can supply these keycaps? If yes, then is easier for us since we can order from them directly as individuals and save shippings and taxes.

The blue ones are on the link that he posted, to see yellow ones we can look for the Realforce 91UBY that some of us already have, for the red ones we can look for the Red Esc or the keycaps that RiGS sold last week, for the orange ones we can look for the iLovex keyboard that awry has.

Those are not the keycaps that we will be ordering but the colours should not be different I guess.

No worries man!. I am also own a HHKB Pro2. I am not very sure that all the keycaps will fit our keyboards. I need to double check this first and I will post my findings

Is hard to tell from the picture if the CTRL and CAPSLOCK have different sizes. Do not worry before placing the order I will double check with leopolds.

Is there any way to get in for just a colored set of modifier keys?
i.e., left and right sets of: CTRL, ALT, SHIFT?

Or (for us 103U owners), maybe a swapped CTRL and CAPS (with the CAPS colored and in the left CTRL spot).

Correct, is less expensive to ship within USA than to each individual from Korea. Could you post how much is shipping from LA to Seattle Cambridge, and Tampa,
?. These guys can also PrePay there shipping. Just for reference remember to stay away from receiving PayPal gifts.

I would post the available colors and the number of sets.

BTW do you know which keycaps wont fit the 103?

Hmm.. I think I'm gonna need the weight and size (measurements) of each package first before I can calculate the shipping cost. I'll be using USPS (that's the post office here) for shipping since they're the least expensive and each one will have a tracking number (Delivery Confirmation).

Cactux thanks for the PM, I've been at work since I wrote last post and I have to choose right now what I want.

If one set to Spain is 26 USD, how much would be 2 or 3 sets?

Depending on shipping price for 3 I can afford all of them or instead go with 2.

BTW if the Blue with lettering set is too demanded I can pass over it since I will have a Japanese Blue Set of keycaps incoming and instead I will go with Blank Blue if it is possible, if not nevermind I will have 2 sets then.

If it is possible and waiting for the shipping price confirmation I want:

Set: 3 Sets
Lettering or blank: 1 with lettering and 2 blank.
Colours: Red (Lettering), Blue (Blank) and White (Blank)
Location: Spain, Barcelona

I can pay when is needed since I already have the money in the Paypal account up to 3 sets but need to know the shipping price for 3 sets to Spain.
