Why do you care about that's in topics made in the "Off Topic" board anyways? It's got that name for a reason. I can make as many threads in there as I want, and you can't stop me! 
Don't tempt them... they'll break out their bannhammers on you...
But if there is no rule stating a limit on making topics.... 
There are rules against spamming and trolling however.

^^ Nobody does this, except those one or two guys offering taobao help every few weeks, which I report.

Honestly I've never really read the rules, it took me a few minutes to find them just now....

This feature is only intended to help combat against SPAM as it is defined above in the terms of use. It is not what you think is an annoying post, or something you disagree with. Those that abuse this feature of the forums will be warned once, further infractions will result in a 7 day ban for the second offense.
^^ I guess I kind of understand now why I was warned once before for reporting.
And also please refrain from starting a thread or posting about any banned member as it isn't allowed.

Nobody likes rules and nobody would like the place without rules either, but many of the rules/policies etc are not followed and/or are allowed to be bypassed by 'some' people.

I appreciate the mods/admins and what they do and hashbaz you have always been fair and very helpful to me and I appreciate that!
But are there any plans to possibly revise some of the rules etc to better fit what actually happens around here? Or maybe I'm just crazy because it's past my lunch time and I need to go eat now
