Got these 3 today. I'll post some better pictures in a few days, but for now these crappy ones will have to do.

I'm very happy I could finally get 2 of these boards after searching for over 1 yea8r. After seeing it in person, I think this is my favourite keyset. The blue side legends are just perfect.

This is also the first time I've tried NIB black MY switches. They're nice

Look fantastic man.
Those switches doesn't look like anything I've seen before what are they?
Let me know if you ever come across other french boards ;)

They are black MY switches, they are actually pretty good if they are clean :))

Btw, congrat bro, potek

I think calling them good is a stretch.  I've tried some and they're definitely tolerable, but I wouldn't call them good.

H..H..How? You are the master of vintage boards.
People in the 1980s, in general, were clearly just better than we are now in every measurable way.

The dumber the reason the more it must be done

They must be doubleshot with pad printing in blue since you can't get more than 2 colours with injection molding usually. Just like the ESA-3000HASRO.

Do you ever buy just one of a particular keyboard? :p
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Apologize for the blurry pics but most of my spare change has been going to these projects...
-Partial Build ErgoDox from FalbaTech(Czarek) (acrylic casing, MX blues, and carrier already copped from MK two weeks ago)

-Blue, black, white pbt caps for it

-on on top of some keycaps I copped from fend earlier in the week for a 60% board I'm trying to acquire...

-and a Hakko solder iron that's waiting on me at the housing office to pick up(not shown).

Should have a busy weekend... :thumb:

I was able to get an SSK thru elecplus/Cindy, it was everything I expected and more. I made an un-boxing gif so I guess I was pretty excited. I have to get this thing bolt modded and a little tuned up, but overall it was in excellent condition after getting cleaned up.

Got a letter that our new house is ready for key collection!

That looks super modern and kind of cool.  But there are so many bars on the windows and doors.   :-X   Is it a dangerous area?

it's an asian thing.  keeps the housewives happy.  happens in vancouver too.  move into new house; renovate bars over windows.

i'm not joking.

Which type of ALPS is it?
matias switches
OK but matias has different type of switches. I was hoping he could tell which one they are.

Nice, I like the pink acrylic plate in the middle, I wish I would have gotten a different colored middle plate in mine.

Where did you get the materials? Looks awesome.

I was able to get an SSK thru elecplus/Cindy, it was everything I expected and more. I made an un-boxing gif so I guess I was pretty excited. I have to get this thing bolt modded and a little tuned up, but overall it was in excellent condition after getting cleaned up.
