This is my latest project. I'm am going to attempt to turn my Razer BlackWidow into the keyboard from the game portal.
It's not a huge mod, but i felt like making something simple and fun.
If you haven't seen the keyboard in portal or have never even played it here is a pic.
If you are wondering why I'm using the blackwidow instead of a model M or something that looks more like it. It's because I don't really use It very much. I use my G84-4100 more (don't know why, I just like it more) and I have a filco, model M, and 6Gv2 on the way. And I think it would be cool to incorporate the BlackWidow's glowing logo into the theme.
Basically what I need to do is paint it white, get the colored keys and make the logo.
I'm going to be sanding down the case so its not glossy anymore, and using real quality satin auto paint.
I'm not sure I'm going to do about the logo, but I'll figure that out.

Here is what I'm hoping the glowing logo will turn out as. (the speed of the pulsing is a little over exaggerated)
