The_Beast, give me that purple. I'll draw you lots of ponies :)
You can have the dark gray, it's topre and I can't use it :(

How much? Just bought a black blank hhkb2 and would love a first clack to go with it.

Hate to break your  spirits but I'm only considering trading it. Like the purple one, I put in some hard work to get it.

This thread raises the price of CC auctions every time someone posts a pic of their CC.

I said the exact same thing in the first Clacks thread that erupted when we were over at DT. I am still pretty new and looking at the pics and reading these threads definitely makes me want to pay two much, but I am a weak man. I am sure others, especially newer people, feel the same way.

It does suck to be new to the CC game. It's hard to started because no one wants to sell or trade for anything but another CC. I was fortunate enough to be able to trade something (custom wrist rest) for 2 CC so far.

Those two show REAL dedication to their keyboards ... :)
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada
