Looks like Taiwan is participating in our GB! Price Tiers have shot back up! Check out the new prices for the "Forest", White, & Gray Toro! The Blue Toro is nearing the 750 price tier mark!

Some guys and I, from the Spanish keyboardist community, are organising to buy some of these keycaps. How much would be the shipping of 60 keycaps to Spain? We are studying the best way to receive and distribute the keys.

New Price Tiers broken for Forest Toro($1.06) and Blue Toro($0.56)

I'll try to get estimates for shipping prices on large bulk orders. Please keep in mind we may add an extra dollar or two for sorting fees if your order is very large. We hope you guys don't mind.

A couple of dollars in a bulk order of 60 keycaps is quite fine IMHO ;)

You had only broken the tier of price, but the amount of each TOROs are not right value.

The proper adjustments have been made.

We're sorry about the lack of update on the shipping rate estimates for larger orders. We're still working on them. We'll try to get them out by Friday at the latest.

As promised,
So far our ESTIMATED costs for slightly large orders (~50 keycaps) is about $4-5 more. For around 30 keycaps please expect a $2-4 increase. This does not include the sorting fee.
For any orders that are enormous(around 100) please note that we will be using priority mail. A small flat rate box is around $25 while the medium flat rate box is around $45. Please keep in mind that these rates for priority is not giving us any form of profit. These are the actual rates for the Post Office.

We do offer cheaper solutions for shipping but that is entirely your risk. We have rarely had packages fail to be delivered(with the exception of China), so most likely your packages should not have any problems reaching you unless you have entered your shipping address incorrectly.

We've been a bit slow on updates lately because I've caught the flu but we'll try our best to keep you updated.

The estimated costs may differ slightly(a dollar or two) when it comes to the actual invoicing and when we calculate more accurately.

Thank you very much about this information :D
I guess that it's safe to estimate that shipping 60 keys should be $20 in total (including sorting fee). I have to talk with "my people" and update my first order to the new numbers.

Thanks!

We've hit some new ridiculously high numbers for all designs!

Please be aware that there are NO PRICE TIERS AFTER 1000 unless we hit 2500 which is very unlikely.

Please keep in mind. We'd like to strongly suggest against purchasing our keycaps for commercial purposes as all extras will be sold at our webshop(support us!). The primary reason we decided to release group buys to the public was to offer our keycaps at affordable prices for the community to enjoy.
We hope you guys understand!

It is perfectly fine to buy some extras to sell later. We just wanted to avoid people who would buy large amounts (100+) for pure commercial purposes.
If you'd like to buy our keycaps for commercial reasons please contact us and we can work something out.
We aren't necessarily outright banning this but we'd strongly recommend against it because we did pay for the legend fees and already planned on selling extras in our webstore

hmm, i vote for purple & pink on white next . Do you think James ?

Those are some bold colors there~  Not sure how many grown men would like those colors ;]

I vote for white on black next!

We may host another groupbuy for different color runs if this groupbuy runs smoothly and the demand is high~

Looks like I'm not the only one...  After all, you'll need one for every key in the Function row, in each color.  Then a few extras to give away to friends, add to GH trades as freebies.

Adds up pretty fast.

We've received some emails pertaining why we didn't opt for the PBT Doubleshot vers.
SP does produce PBT DS but unfortunately we feel there is little to no difference in the feel vs its ABS DS counterpart.
The thickness remains the same and the only clear difference would be durability(although ABS is quite strong and longlasting).

Shines do occur more quicker on ABS but considering that most of these keycaps will not be placed in any areas of heavy use, we intentionally chose ABS DS because it was drastically cheaper (around 50% cheaper) and was not much different than the PBT vers.

Numbers have been updated.

We've received quite a bit of orders/requests over night so we've come to the decision that this groupbuy is NOT for commercial purposes.
I repeat, please do not purchase our keycaps for mass commercial purposes.
We've worked very hard on this design and groupbuy to provide the community with our keycaps for pretty much the manufacturer price.

Please do not take advantage of this. There is a specific reason why we paid for the legend fee ourselves.

If you still want to purchase these designs for commercial purposes, please contact us via email or Private Message and we can give you a proper price quote per keycap.

I repeat, it is perfectly fine to sell a few extras but we do not condone the mass commercial sale of these keycaps without proper permission.
It hurts us as a small business.

We spent nearly 2 weeks organizing orders and replying to PMs. Fixing/changing orders. Constantly updating the numbers.
We were already half way done calculating invoices and this happens.

We spent nearly 2 weeks organizing orders and replying to PMs. Fixing/changing orders. Constantly updating the numbers.
We were already half way done calculating invoices and this happens.

Yeah, I immediately thought of this person. I remember this spat when it turned up.

So sad. I feel worse for you guys, because it kind of makes you look bad as a business. No worries, I'll still purchase from you. I just hope this doesn't affect future Group Buys (should  you ever decide to do another one).

I was looking forward to these caps, too bad it won't happen now.

I do have to say though that this response probably didn't help if you wanted to argue your case with SP to try and get them to make it:

"If you haven't noticed yet, our intention was to copy totoro but we simply renamed it for obvious reasons."

You might have been able to argue for artistic differences and that it merely resembles it, it is not the likeness of it, if you hadn't said that.  Unless, of course, SP is like Youtube and just yanks it and doesn't really review cases.

Still looking forward to your new designs and different caps from you guys.  I hope this doesn't put you off from future GBs.
