Why aren't CODE keyboards available with linear switches?

They seem like quality keyboards, but all they have is click and bump.

Anyone? Anyone? Beuller?

Why do CODE keyboard makers hate people who like linears? I like the CODE design. It has a hardwired Dvorak option, basic backlighting, quality construction...yet they hate my very being and existence through their ethos.

You can always buy a CODE, desolder the switches (+LEDs), and replace them with whatever you want. It's a bit tedious, but by no means exceptionally difficult.

You could always get a WASD V2, unless you need the backlighting.

Because CODE is meant to used to code, so only tactile switches.  Linear is for gaming.

*run away*

LOL but I do agree aesthetically it looks great, they should release it for all the switch options they have.

If that were true, they would only be available with MX Blues

Hahahah nice one.  Though funny enough I like MX Brown more than MX Blue for typing.

Mmmmh, the bump on the browns is too soft. MX Clear or lubed ergo clears ;)
Hate it when my fellow students type on their MX Blues when we are talking over mumble.
