Is it Worth if I buy the new Alps keyboard

Because I heard that the alps keyboard is quite not working well , It is old and not less than 20 years old
Plus i cant find Acer kb101-a anywhere 

so i decide to buy new Apple Extended Keyboard II  (sealed factory) i saw on Ebay do u think it worth?

If you like damped switches, and it comes with pine cream ALPS, then yes. Otherwise, you're probably better off looking out for an AEK1 with Salmon or Orange switches as they're much nicer.

Prepare to spend silly money if you want one of those NOS though. If you want to dip your toe in, it's pretty easy to get an M0116 in reasonable condition for under $100 I really like those little boards, if you can get used to the slightly weird layout they're really nice.
