Small update on the blackout version of BOX. The renderings have been uploaded in the render album. It will feature an anodized black aluminum body paired with polished black PVD stainless steel accents.

This board looks amazing in white w/ black accents, I can't wait to pick one up. Though my one suggestion would be to add a Canadian vendor to the vendor list (if at all possible), it's so insanely expensive to ship from the states.

I don't think how many people realize or fully appreciate how much work went into this IC. The rendering, the product positioning, the message, the design thoughts, and everything. While this isn't my style for boards, but man, respect.

A few ICs give me this feeling of completeness, and they're this one, GMK Maestro, and GMK Stealth.

This is hands down (for me) that absolute best convergence of looks and practicality i have ever seen in a key board layout. (I still think HHKB look the best, but it's just not practical for me)

Thanks! The accent pieces is not one piece, but actually multiple pieces screwed into the case in a particular order to create the structural frame. This kit-of-parts diagram we posted on Instagram illustrates the separate pieces if you want to see more.

I'm more of a lightweight & portable case person, but I just want to say that I really like the 75% PCB layout. That button at top right is what I really need - a button instead of a rotary encoder.

Second round of protos have arrived. We are preparing for GB with the vendors and will be releasing dates, prices, format and options. Target GB date is for this month.

There are streamer builds scheduled and will be announced here as well.

We've also been working on some new content, including this website where you can learn more about BOX 75 and future projects: www.lindesign.studio

A little late but happy new year! Stay safe and take care.

Thanks for everyone who has been following BOX. We have some great news to share.

GB dates and US region prices are announced. All four colorways will be offered at two different price points, the default SS and the black PVD. For more details please check the post.
The BOX 75 GB will run from Jan. 22 - Feb. 19, taking unlimited orders during this timeframe. Please see collaborating vendors.
Additional photos of the new prototypes are added to the gallery. Streams are being sorted out at this moment and will be announced here and in our discord.

Everything looks superb apart from no ISO plate at purchase.  The PCB is ISO ready but there id no plate, is that correct?

Correct, trout. An ISO file will be provided, so I am hoping for a small GB (hopefully organized by Mykeyboard to spread awareness and lower costs) after the GB.

Seconded :) Maybe Johannes i right that Mykeyboard can make a small GB for the ISO plate (but I have no idea what the chances of this happening would be).

Looking very much forward to the streams!

On that basis I would be willing to buy.  I always loved the design ethic of this board and could not bear to not have one in the collection.

Okay so some good news for you two, and others. Jo's idea was quite effective and I've reached out immediately to Mykeyboard regarding this. We're working a plan out but the gist is Mykeyboard will be offering ISO plates separately during the GB themselves. I'll have more details on this but thank you for the feedback.

Let's gooooo

I was not expecting that.  Thank you both for this news.  I was going to support and buy before this and now my order is certain.  If there is any say in the matter I would prefer and would pay for an FR4 plate or forged carbon plate.  This board would deserve it.

Again thank you both.

The real problem is that they are both beautiful, each in their own way.
