Getting a tenkeyless Filco in Italy
« on: Tue, 01 February 2011, 15:51:22 »
Hi Bruce, i sent you an email last nite and i just replied you back.
I don't know what would be better for me.
I mean, i like the black tenkeyless with blues the most, but unfortunately it's not available with the italian layout, while the full size one is.

Sooo..i don't know if i should get one of the other keyboards with european layout, in the tenkeyless version, or the full size one in italian. I actually use an Apple alluminium keboard, it's the full size one and i would like to have soemthing different, since i don't really use the number pad as much.

Cheking to the different layouts, beside the USA one, all the other look almost the same, quite similar to the italian one, with the bigh "return" and the same key disposition. I think i could get a U.K. balck tenkeyless one then, with the kit to replace/remove the windows logo and re arrange those keys in macintosh style.

What do you guys think about that?

thank you!

Hi Merak

When we get the European Tenkeyless we should be able to swap keys from the Italian Full Size onto one of those.
It will mean waiting a little but I would hope it will be the ideal board.

Around about the end of the month.
When the 88TKL arrive we'll need a few days and we can do it.
