Yes. It got worse too. It is effecting quite a few models now. We've been talking to them but it seems to take them a bit of time to get things done. I don't know if it is a known problem that they get sometimes and can fix easily. I will post here when they have it fixed.
Thanks for the heads up. This is not something that would easily come to my attention if I wasn't told about it.

I think we might have managed to break Amazon!
They are having a lot of trouble getting this sorted out and it is a pain in the rear.
However, someone very clever, who I think is a GH member has worked out that if you make a wish list first you can then order from the list.
We also found that when looking at reviews, the 'add to cart' buttons down there still work.
I do apologise for this, Amazon are working on it and we are staying on the case.

Oh wow, this was a bug? I just assumed you were out of stock or something. I've been eyeing up the Filco Ninja Majestouch-2 FKBN104M/EFB2. Ready to pull the trigger I think, so please get that button working! (I can't seem to get it on a wishlist either).

For the keyboard that I just ordered today I clicked on the "X New & Used" link on the right under "More buying choices" and then it brought me to a page that let met add the keyboard to my cart that looks like this:

It's not properly fixed. It seems to move around from part to part.
People are finding various work arounds and lots of orders have been coming through.
It is a bit twilight zone dealing with Amazon at times but I'm sure they'll get it right soon, but it is frustrating and I am sorry to inconvenience you like this.

I think Amazon is all fixed now.
They reported it fixed on Monday and we haven't seen any more problems.

We do supply worldwide from our own site, anyone is welcome to order on http://www.keyboardco.com but Amazon is a useful way to keep some stock on the ground in USA and allows a lowered carriage cost. But we are more than happy either way.

Just FYI Bruce, my company (Zynga) just approved expensing keyboards. As a test a guy got a Ninja Brown today and I know of at least 5-6 other guys that are strongly interested. Just so you know. I'm slowly trying to push for maybe even making Filcos standard for engineers that choose them and I would recommend that we purchase from you. We have >2000 employees. <3

Ok I'll keep that in mind! It'll probably take a while but after the IPO I think it should make it a lot easier. I'll do what I can. :) One of my goals is to make mechanical keyboards standard in companies and this would be a great step towards that. If Zynga adopts this then Facebook would be next!

Chobodrone, I presume? I see what you're doing. Trying to gain an advantage for your Starcraft 2 team by buying everyone amazing keyboards, huh? Your next match is against Amazon I think, right? Maybe they'll borrow some of Keyboardco's Filcos out of their warehouse for the match to make it fair. :smile:
