Hmm. I would love to have a set of uniform Row 3 SA caps mounted on some clicky white Alps switches. I can't think of a better cap style for those crunchy whites.

Unfortunately one of those options is not Alps, I have already asked about that. The cost for making that tooling is pretty expensive, and their SA production line is booked up until March right now.

There have been a few mentions of adding 2U blanks to this buy, and I was reluctant because that's a lot of extra MOQs (4 rows x 2 colors = 8 MOQs). But if I were to add just gray row 4 2U caps, would anyone else be interested in that? This would allow you to build a planck with a 2U spacebar.

I didn't add that as an option because it's a standard size so not as hard to find as the others.

My advice is to hit up this thread and see if anyone who is planning on using this set with an Infinity or AEK layout is willing to sell you their 6.2U gray spacebar.

DCS lead time was about six weeks at the time I posted the OP, I'm assuming it's still pretty close to that. Although that puts us right into the middle of the holidays, so there may be some delays here and there, depending on how long invoicing takes and how the seasonal shipping rush affects things.

My guess is you'll have the caps by mid-December.

So October 24 the buy closes. Figure invoicing takes about a week, that's Halloween, a Saturday, so the order goes in on Monday, November 2. Six weeks later is December 14, I should be able to get the caps out by the following Monday, the 21st.

That is a tight timeline. Depending on how things go with the MOQs, I may start invoicing during the last week of the buy just to speed things up. So as soon as you have over $7,000 worth of money from the main kit sales, you could buy it at the lowest price, no? Sorry if that is totally naive

I'm not sure either. But right now the total to collect for base kits is less than $5K, even at the higher price point. He must have just gotten confused.
