As we get into our 70's often it's the accidental fall or back twist, the cold that becomes pneumonia, or some inherited condition finally coming out that sets us back and that becomes the new norm. I know that you take good care of yourself and that's about the best you can do.

The capacitors in there are strong enough to kill you and it will hurt the entire time.
It's not a myth, they CAN kill you, but you have to be touching them in a very specific way where the current crosses from one arm to the other across your heart.
Or if you have a pace maker.
