OK, I just found this thread and I'm a little confused.  Maybe it is the lighting.

Some of the keyboards look bright white and some look like the standard off-white/putty color.  I prefer the non-bright keyboard like in the first post.  Is there three different kinds of color choices, including graphite?

I'm interested in buying one with browns!

Hey HendyZone

I wanted to let you know that today I received a shipping note for the keyboard. It means that tomorrow I'll go and pick it up from the post office.

I'd like to point out that this is a great seller, he went out of his way to check on the package with the post office and he sent me some documents to show me that it is indeed on its way. This seller cares, there's someone to talk to and he's very nice. So, HendyZone, I want to thank you for your support and continued correspondence. I would probably write some more about the keyboard, tomorrow when I get it.

Cheers.

It's not okay but the reasons are not the point.
And I don't "refund to you" because you said that you don't do refunds at all, you can only replace the board. So never mind.

Before i shipped, i always test all the key using Aqua Keytest and check the extra inside the board
But if there is a problem (that i"m missed) with your board and you can't resolve it
I offer to replace the new board to you (you pay the shipping)
And just let me know the problem happened to your board

You haven"t tell me any problem, but after you just received it you want to send back to me and do refund without any specific reason?

Maybe you misunderstood me. No need to be defensive.

If you don't do refunds then its your return policy and that's fine with me. I'm not complaining, just saying you should add it to the first post so people will know. Return policy is a basic thing, there's no shame in displaying it.

And I didn't tell you what's wrong with the board because you said that you don't do refunds, so it doesn't make any difference.  :-X

Legal regulations on return policys are not existing in every country. To be fair, it is on your part to get information about the relevant return policys before ordering something, especially when there are no visible statements in the post of the vendor.
And what is your problem, Hendy already told you that the would replace defective boards?

I wasn't complaining. For the third time, just saying that maybe he should add it, would be nice for others, but of course its just a suggestion, he doesn't have to.

About the problem, again, there's no refund available so doesn't matter.

Oh and I know that I could have asked about the return policy beforehand, but I don't think that it would have affected my decision to buy the board.

Anytime you buy things from overseas, it is expected that will be returns a hassle.  I think it is commendable that Hendy at least does exchanges as many international sellers don't even do that.  If there is a problem with the board, you can send it back and get a new one.  Your refusal to state what is wrong with the board sounds like buyer's remorse more than anything.

With that said, I can't wait to receive my board in the next few days.  It's taken two weeks, which seems very long.  It sat in customs for 5 days, what the hell!

Fourth time? Ok, here you go: I wasn't complaining.
How many times do I need to clarify? Your response is as if I said "Hey you! You're bad, you, for not saying that you don't do refunds!", which I didn't. I clearly stated that I'd still have bought the board even if I knew beforehand.

Also, yes, I know returns are a hassle from overseas, its pretty obvious. And what is wrong with the board is between me and the seller, I don't care what it sounds like to you.

Yeah, no problem, only asked a question and I got my answer. Thanks.

I meant what I said earlier, so I'll end with that:

I'd like to point out that this is a great seller, he went out of his way to check on the package with the post office and he sent me some documents to show me that it is indeed on its way. This seller cares, there's someone to talk to and he's very nice. So, HendyZone, I want to thank you for your support and continued correspondence. I would probably write some more about the keyboard, tomorrow when I get it.

Cheers.

By the way, it's cool, no need to be sorry, its not like you manufacture the board  :thumb:

Oh hey.. Bundle picture, later I'll add some pictures of the board. ;D

Packaging was excellent: Cardboard box < Black plastic bags < Bubble wrap < Plastic wrap
You can see the packaging in the background

Box size comparison with a Shine II TKL (length is the same)

Can you say what did you not like from manufacturer? I can't seem to recall anyone disliking anything aside from non standard space bar. Nice keyboard you got yourself there if you ask me  :thumb:
This sucks more than anything that has ever sucked before.

I took some photos of the board itself, also a picture of the silicon cover

Or a simple link to the album: http://imgur.com/a/FHsNF
