Definately vaders gb. On my eBay 20 pieces of 2x3x4 LEDs cost almost $9 and since I don't own a credit card I am not able to buy from aliexpress.

I got some of those 2x3x4 LEDs from aliexpress and it took almost a month to arrive. Ebay took a week, both from China.

Though I guess it really depends on who you're buying it from.
how much was the price difference as well as color options?

Well, I got the cyan and light blue LED's from aliexpress for like $5-7, which are definitely the rarer colors, but I got 100 standard green 2x3x4 leds off ebay for $6 as well.

Ebay actually has a pretty good selection of colors: http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2047675.m570.l1313.TR10.TRC1.A0.H0.X2x3x4+leds&_nkw=2x3x4+leds&_sacat=0

Does anyone know what the dimensions are for the Duck viper and eagle? I'm looking into buying a case/sleeve for my  keyboards but I do not really know the dimensions.

Should be same size as most other 60% keyboards like poker and hhkb.

Yes it will. I'm guessing you're asking about the Grifiti one's on md right now?
If so you can see the sizes better here:
http://www.grifiti.com/chitons

It's faster and cheaper (if you have prime) to just buy it off amazon though:

Yeah but I think the Viper/Eagle is higher than a standard board.

Really? I thought they were almost exactly the same size as hhkb and cases are stretchy.

the amazon link you posted is a 12 but it's for slim keyboards

and the eagle and viper should be a little taller because of the angle that's built into the case

Oh you right. I didn't even notice they had a fat one. My bad.

Um honestly I recommend the 60% soft case from keychatter. It costs $20 vs $10 though.

My kingsaver took 3 or 4 days to arrive, including customs handling time. Crazy fast for Intl shipping, but we sure paid for it.

Yeah, EMS is great.  I've never had anything take more than a week to get to me through EMS.  Usually 3-5 days.

My springs through EMS Monday last week and I was told by the shipper that  it will take around 2 weeks. Was that simply a worst case scenario?

As a seller I always tell the buyer the worst case scenario.  2 weeks for EMS sounds pretty long though.

Luckily, that shouldn't be all that difficult unless you're looking for something really odd/rare.
