People in the 1980s, in general, were clearly just better than we are now in every measurable way.

The dumber the reason the more it must be done

Slept through another one! The clack swallowing video made me feel better though hahaha
It's a good width!  If it's half-width it's too narrow, and full-width is too wide.

Serious question - how do people get a notification fast enough to reply?
Camp the thread, and f5 mashing.

watch spy
I tried to notify the thread but mail arrive too long after it happens , so spy is the only option. Apparently tapalk works great .
But the thread never unlocks in tapatalk. :(
I had this issue. Was in the thread as cc posted waiting then watched 20+ people reply while tapatalk never showed thread open.

I wonder if there are global settings or something that have to do with caching. I will check after I get the baby to sleep.

This. Use Tapatalk to get notifications only but post on PC. Not both because of these annoying pop ups.

Strange. OK thx. So you just hit refresh a lot in the thread and then the reply option showed up?  I was hitting refresh and there was no way to reply but every time I hit refresh there would be more entries.

Tapatalk is awful. Tried it for a day and just went back to using the desktop site on my phone/tablet.

The new version is trash on Android, 4.9.5 was the last decent version.

Also just for research purposes I have notifications of new posts set to off and at least 2 times I have been on tapatalk trying to post in the thread and it never unlocks, it did let me attempt to quote a post but would not post, I was thinking it had something to do with a thread needing to be unlocked for a certain amount of time before tapatalk recognizes it is unlocked.

I don't think tapatalk is good for me, at least how I have it set up. Kept throwing up popups that people are posting in the thread and kept me from posting.
This. Use Tapatalk to get notifications only but post on PC. Not both because of these annoying pop ups.
Why only post on PC? Am I not eligible if I post through tapatalk?

Try. Please try. It means you're one less person to compete with.

In Tapatalk, the pop up notifications keep stopping my messages from getting in before the thread is locked. Crazy frustrating, but thanks to Tapatalk I always know when I've missed a chance.
