1.  How do you get yourself into that position without help or wheels on that chair?
2.  How do you not go to sleep in that?
3.  How do you convince your boss to let you expense that?
4.  There's not a lot of real estate on that desk, but it is a neat idea.

I think I would get really tired of holding my arms up like that.
