Considering the layout and what I can see of the keycap profile it may be mechanical. I know some of the Amiga layout (with the Big Ass Enter key) boards had Cherry MX switches. There were also some rubber dome OVER sliders boards, Mitsumi mechanicals, NMB Hi-Teks and some standard rubber domes. So it's hard to know without seeing what the top of the switches look like under those keycaps.

If it's a board you're considering buying, ask the seller to pull a keycap so you can see the switch type before commiting to a purchase.
Buying more keycaps,
it really hacks my wallet,
but I must have them.

From the keycaps it looks pretty Alpsy.

If you can tell us the model number of the keyboard (get a picture of the label on the back) we could give you a better idea. Or obviously getting a picture of a switch top would tell you all you need to know.

That's my vote too.

If you live in AZ you can try my keyboards. I usually keep plenty of different ALPS and MX and buckling springs.

Is there the back part of the case? If so, is there any serial number?

I don't want to be too hasty in judging as it could be a spring-over-membrane keyboard (like the Oriental Tech OK-100M) or even a KPT or KPT-like keyboard (Podworld, Micronorth etc). It has the look of a KPT/KPT-like keyboard.
