What color are the legends? I can't really tell if its white or that light light blue.

It is light blue. Pantone 290c.

Sublegends in red are missing altogether (ー, 、).

Sublegends in yellow are misaligned (they're positioned too high up).

How about the next drop be Silent Fire?  Reds, Oranges and yellows that fade away into a dark red/black.
