There have been group buys for shirts and even one for hoodies and doing something like cafeexpress has been discussed in the past but like a lot of things the idea didn't go anywhere for many reasons.

Happy to help do the apparel design(s) and set up cafepress logistics (I have experience doing both), if mods are interested and think the funds would be helpful. Just need a mod contact and high-res logos.
