Hello!

Earlier this year when I launched the MiniVan (TheVan44) group buy I also offered a keycap set called Midnight Drive. Many people had asked for a full size version of that keyset. If you like this set, please vote on Massdrop so that we can get the set on their schedule and make it a reality.

This set was originally designed to be SA and as a result that is largely my preference for this run. If there is more demand to do DCS I would consider that. As of right now it is leaning in favor of SA

The Base kit includes default modifiers for the MiniVan so all you need is the basekit to cover it. Alternate mods are included in the 40% kit.

I'm sure its not possible with the printing technology, but if the characters could be a an almost fluorescent green, that would really make it pop. Even as it is, its nice and I voted for it.

That's what I was going for when i designed it originally

It looks quite a bit better IRL than these renders show. Thanks for voting! Hoping I can get it on Massdrops schedule soon.

I think the only way this would be viable to most is to either make TKL support in the base kit or have Alpha Kit, MiniVan Mods Kit, TKL Mods Kit etc.

It's quite a small group of people that have a MiniVan compared to TKL/60% and so on.

I put the MiniVan mods in the base kit for two reasons. Cheaper option for those covering only a MiniVan, more MiniVan sets will exist. People can always sell those extra keys, but now as people get more MiniVans there will be more key options out there.

I've posted on Massdrop but yes I prefer uniform (all row 3) SA. It's better for mix and match keys and different layouts.

Though to me sculpted just feels too "slanted" if that makes any sense, uniform feels like you're pressing down, sculpted feel like you're pressing from the side.

No real opinions on uniform versus sculpted as I'm not very well versed with SA yet but as I already expressed on the upcoming MiniVan drop discussion pages on MD I really love the set and will undoubtedly buy one whenever Evan can release it.

That'd be cool! Massdrop's schedule seems so insanely full right now that we'd probably be looking at late 2017 for this one through there right?
