I don't know anything about this. May not work with a PC at all. But it's looking absolutely identical to a Model F, except, as lowpoly pointed out, it's missing the knobs to the left and right to flip out the feet.

also note that there are status led's in the caps lock and num lock keys.  this is very unlikely to be a buckling spring keyboard.  if i had to guess, it's probably a rebranded keytronic.  lots of non-ibm keyboards back then looked like the model f because that was the standard layout.
