Did anyone hear from Vala.supply?

Actually I bought several keycaps from vala.supply. But It has been two weeks without getting any updates about my order. Do they really ship their orders? Does anyone meet this also?

I placed an order for In-Stock stuff in Late July and it just now shipped on Tuesday. They're slowly fulfilling in stock orders alongside their backlog of Group Buy orders from the looks of it

I placed the order (in stock) in 19th July. It has been three weeks and its not getting shipped at all.

Have they even generated the shipping label for you yet? Or are you still stuck on only having the Order Confirmation?

It's something like [Payment Status - Paid] - [Fulfillment Status - Unfulfilled]. I think there's no label generated? I didn't get any updates regarding to the shipment anyway. No emails and nothing changed on vala.supply's website.

I'd email support then cuz that's quite a long time to not even have the label generated. Was everything you ordered in stock?  Was anything already low quantity (that runs the risk of them possibly being out of something when their inventory count says there 1 or 2 left). My order was placed on July 21, Label generated on July 26, and then finally dropped off August 7 to give you an idea of how slow things are moving

I've had luck with in-stock orders up through this past spring, but get the impression they're struggling. They've had a lot of large clearance sales recently that may have helped them stay afloat, but those also make it tougher for them to keep up with demand. They were falling behind frequently even without the sudden large influx of new orders the sales bring.
