Partly true, yeah. They stop happening once there isn’t an interested party. if the market stops paying insane markups, then less people will be willing to flip since margins would barely make it worth it considering turnaround time is a few months at best for a quality board.

• Unikorn - downward compression is handled by the o-ring as it rests on posts on the bottom, and it's held from going "too high" by screws like a tray mount
• 356mini - downward compression is the same, however the plate has tabs which extend into the top piece, stopping it from going higher

The tabs are the 4 wider sections as shown here. Imagine they are smaller and there are 10 of them...with screw holes in too.

if you have access to this kind of information (and i assume knowledge acquired) why do you keep making ..... boards like you do

- personal reference
- ability to put such information into practice
- sourcing of gaskets
- knowing something and actually doing it is quite far off
