They're built very differently, so it's an apples-to-oranges comparison.

The Jane v2 is built with 55g MX Blacks and a half polycarbonate plate. The v2 CE is built with 60g MX Browns and the default full carbon fiber plate. One is bouncy, the other is sturdier. One has PBT keycaps, the other has ABS. Both feel great. They sound very different from each other, but as was said, I don't think that's a fair comparison. Both are fantastic keyboards.

A week or a little over (to receive tracking, and like 5 days to deliver). But I would just sit tight. It depends on how many boards need to be finalized and then all dropped off with the courier, as it's done in batches.

For what it’s worth, I paid my shipping invoice in October.  Haven’t heard / received anything yet, though Sam reached out and confirmed my shipping address 12/27.  So there’s probably a pile of labels somewheres and when you’re on top, you’re on top and next out the door.

You should consider making TGR Jane Bismuth back weights. I bet you would get a lot of interest.

the issue for me is that i enjoy the bismuth for the imperfections. and a lot of people in this hobby want that pristine look.

I sold one weight once for an Alice and it was a headache. Maybe the hobby isn't ready for that sort of thing yet.

I see your point.

I guess the people that gravitate towards TGR are probably the same folks that like clean looks.

I think having the bottom weight look like that is cool. For example, having the option to replace the CF "weight" here with a bismuth weight would be cool.
