Hi Geekhack. This is a set I thought of a little while back when I was much newer to the hobby, that I never got around to checking interest for at the time. Originally it was to be GMK stock colours, however now it's using two custom RAL colours instead. No long inspiration here - it's just two colours I enjoy very much. Without further ado, here are the details:

Base:
My personal preference is no accents, so that's how I've kitted the base. Similar compatibility to most base kits these days, though I've included split bars and some further bottom row options.

Addition:
Accents with some more bottom row compatibility. Pretty straightforward.

International:
~~Your standard kit for European layouts - support for British, Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish and German keyboards.~~ MOQ not reached.

HIBI Collaboration:
I've teamed up with HIBI to bring an aluminium keycap with GMK Villanelle. The anodisation colour will be the same as that of GMK Fuji's aluminium caps, as the pink is the same. The cap is called 'Pudding'.

Colour information:
As mentioned above, both colours used in the set are from the RAL Design catalogue. The pink will be the same as GMK Fuji, and so is in the process of colour matching already. Renders have been matched to physical samples, and plastic samples will be matched to RAL swatches using spectrophotometry.

Special thanks to ilikerustoo and the rest of BK for the feedback, as well as pikku-allu for all the hours of work. I feel very fortunate to be in this hobby making things with such supportive friends.

Ngl the pink kinda kills it for me. While I like pink itself, it really pushes the kit into s much smaller use case scenario for me personally. But if it was white instead then it would just be a perestroika clone. Maybe I can keep the lights dim, hmmmmmm....

Beautiful set but no 40s is tough. It's your vision; but I feel like 3-key here would have been great here...even the inclusion of just R3 1.25u tab in base like Hallyu or in addition like Masterpiece would have been nice for those using 12u/13u boards

There's no accents on the base kit, but then the international kit has extra keys that differ just in the accent, like three <> keys - why not keep the same no accents theme there and get that kit to a lower price?

Edit: whoops, seems I thought accent meant the sublegends...

Dear ttom, love the set and considering entering the GB. The only thing stopping me is not knowing the specifics of the base color. After referencing a printed RAL catalog, I can see how digital representations can be VERY misleading. Could you provide the RAL code for the red, or at least say which RAL classic/design color is the closest?

After all, we are paying here for a specific shade of red

Hey, totally understandable request. The set uses the following:

Burgundy - RAL 010 20 25
Pink - RAL 330 85 15 (this is already in colour matching for GMK Fuji)

Love the set. Base color is very nice, soothing to me personally. And the kit!? WOW. F13 and Alice and Numpad in base kit? Amazing. The only thing that's missing is a stepped ctrl but absolutely nothing is perfect. The ONLY thing that makes me hesitant is the lettering color. I dont own many pink keyboarding products to match this with and the boards I do own arent near this shade. It might be a kop for me but I must needs think on it. Still, a fantastic design and one of the best kits to date.
