How customisable is the bottom row? I'd like to swap space and enter, but presume I'd need to swap some of the other modifiers to make it fit - is that possible?

You can reprogram them to whatever you like. As far as the caps go, if you used a 1 unit on he right that might work, I'll have to check

I really like this keyboard and I feel I'm probably dragging my feet on joining but the bottom row kind of limits the key choices out there, would GB's that offer HHKB or other add-ons be able to fit this in general?

With appropriate kit offerings you should be able to get caps to fit. I am also planning out some keycap group buys targeted at 40% boards

Can you please add ISO-compatible z and y caps? (maybe for a little more/as extra? Or is it possible to just buy the modifiers?)

I assume it will be programmable with EasyAVR or something like that?

I could add two keys without much cost.

Board is programable with tmk firmware, but should work with easyAVR too

What is different with Ido z and y?

Check your invoice. It has the colors on there as well as caps if you bought them. If it looks like anything is missing or incorrect, let me know

Half of the payments have come in! Thank you to those of you who have paid so quickly. I have started the order process for the cases and keycaps as those will take the longest. Will post invoices once I have them. I've got a quoted 4-6 week lead time on the caps and cases. I'm working hard to get these kits shipped out early June.

Lets get the rest of those invoices paid and we will be on our way!

Cases have been ordered and production should start soon, soon like this week. Finalizing order with Signature Plastics for the keycaps and should have them ordered today. Will post SP receipt here when I have it.
