Just found this on mechmarket. I overlooked it until now somehow. I love it. I hope I didn't miss the chance to vote for an EU proxy. I'll buy it either way, if I'm fast enough.

No EU proxies. I didn't receive enough feedback for it;  however,, Cannon Keys should be able to ship intentional.

so i signed up for the email notifications, opened geekhack every time when a new comment arrived. unfortunately in my country i have to pay vat and customes and those are about 33% on top of the keyboard and the oversea shipping so this way it’s close to or more than $600 for me :(

probably a silly question, but can you use this thing upside down? i'd like to flip the pcb & plate as well for a negative typing angle.

Can't flip it upside down, but you could use it backward. The pen rail would have to be uninstalled which would leave a massive hole though.

Full Pricing



For the board and all its components (PCB, plate, acrylic diffusers, brass pen rail and bottom lid) the cost is $350 excluding shipping.

  • Extra hotswap PCB (with daughterboard and cable): $55
  • PC Plate: $40 (Brass plate is standard)
  • White is an extra $20 but no limit


Edit: I made a small mistake. It's not POM but PC. My earlier post said POM

      i watched the whole stream despite it was 1am-5am in europe, i like the board even more after seeing it working. i struggled with my twitch account (forgot my password, didn’t get reset link) so i couldn’t ask but 2x2u will be still possible, right? and it’s just the prototype that supports only 2x1u and 1x2u.

      i don’t know where are you at with mykeyboard.eu, but i’d definitely buy it there.

      It'll be 2x2u. The protos were ordered before the 2x2u change was made.


      MyKeyboard.EU will be a proxy. We asked them last minute though so details are still being arranged. Please stay tuned.

      Unfortunately not. POM is only available as an add-on.


      Edit: It's a PC plate and not a POM one. Sorry for the confusion

      Don't know whether PC or any other similar soft material will be good with hostswap or not so decided pick up just e-white one.

      I know PCB will be open-sourced but is there any chance for open-sourcing plate files too? I think PCB without plate is something pointless for me because I want POM with non-hotswap board.

      Bought one in grey in the first minute of the GB! Honestly I'm surprised this hasn't sold 100 units yet, I think if the GB thread went through it would've sold out already. Or if there was a reddit post announcing that the GB is live :)
