[IC] DSA Lucid (Revamped Novelties)
« on: Fri, 13 May 2022, 16:57:10 »

-Welcome to the interest check for DSA Lucid-

Inspired by the fashion style of Gothic Lolita, this set features dark and bright colors with a hint of red to complement it.
I decided to go with a lowercase font for added cuteness.
Show off your dark/cute gothic side with these double shot keycaps made of ABS by Signature Plastics!

I assume for the alphas you're using the open-source lowercase alphas from DSA Berry Yogurt? So will the f-row and TKL nav cluster all be new molds? (unless there are existing molds for lowercase f-row and lowercase TKL nav cluster your renders are based on).

If they'll be new molds, I would super recommend making the font on the nav cluster all the same size.

Good point i completely looked over the nav cluster, I forgot to make it uniform. As for the font it should be the same as DSA Berry Yogurt

I hate the way the fkeys look. The lowercase 'f' next to a number just looks weird to me.

I'd also love to see a "10" key for XT layouts (you already have an extra "B" for wacky Alice layouts).
F Keys belong on the left.

I believe if the 7u space comes in the base kit would be better.

I didn't see a poll to vote, so I say "DSA."

Voted DSA for the lowercase legends, but really it depends on manu.

I didn’t see any poll (maybe I’m just blind xD) but I’d say Cherry. I’m not a huge fan of lowercase legends "^^

Instead of using the numpad "0", it would be nice to have a "10" since there are so many boards now with 2 columns on the left.

Oh, okay I think I could add that to the base kit or to the numpad.

Nice work! I'm not a big fan of DSA since I don't like lowercase letters- but I might consider this set as my first (and maybe only) DSA set :)
