Only way I've been able to get the Sky Dolch Fugu I have was to put in a WTB on a Discord channel and scouring r/Mechmarket

How much they normally cost and how much aftermarket?

Depends on the colorway and version you're looking for, I think I paid $30-40 for my Sky Dolch Fugu.
