This sounds hopeful. I'm glad Melissa is staying on, and it sounds like the new owner is aware of where they need help (scaling up, outreach, and hopefully pricing too). My big worry was that they'd abandon hobbyists and concentrate on their industrial sales, and that doesn't sound like the case.
