These could be that cheap too if hundreds of sets were made. Only when you can hit a certain volume does the per set price become reasonable. This price is also based on a 104 set.

Does anyone know if Filco sells Ninja keycaps only? or any manufacturer for that matter?

^ Filco doesn't sell them separately. At least not yet anyway. There are some Chinese clones on Taobao (btw, they're ABS not PBT).
