Bought a new card. So I had to make a little mod to avoid an overheated VGA.

Slightly different now.. I was opening it up to put in 2 256gb Crucial MX100 ssds. With the side panel back on you can't see the hard drive area, only the top section of the case.

Ah a caselab. I'm looking around for a rather small casing for my mini itx. Currently using Bitfenix Prodigy, and it's a little big for me.

Ya, this is bigger than a Prodigy.. they have a mITX version, but I don't think it would be small enough for you either

The mobo sits flat!

I haven't seen that in a tower (more or less) case before.

I have a couple of double-width cases, but the mobo is vertical on one side and the other side is designed for 8 or 10 HDD to be mounted one above the other.

Yeah, they have horizontal motherboard try cases for mITX, mATX, and ATX at Caselabs, as well as more traditional layouts.. pretty much anything you could want.  They have cases you can get inside of and close the panel behind you lol

I like it. You don't see very many cases with white internals. I have to say, after picking up my HHKB I have really started to appreciate white hardware. It looks classy :thumb:

i have a couple works in progress right now. i put most of this thing together last night (still in test-fit mode). the hadron OE power supply is really nice small custom unit, but silverstone just came out with their 600W SFX gold supply, that would fit in the upper right corner. still debating power on this one.

75826-1

the idea was to make something small enough to put in a duffel and in carry-on luggage.

i have a couple works in progress right now. i put most of this thing together last night (still in test-fit mode). the hadron OE power supply is really nice small custom unit, but silverstone just came out with their 600W SFX gold supply, that would fit in the upper right corner. still debating power on this one.

the idea was to make something small enough to put in a duffel and in carry-on luggage.

i'm also working on this H440 machine for skcheng:
